I passed by this place countless times and finally stopped in to give it a try. Fresh salads and sandwiches made to order, and a variety of soups and desserts, all quickly made, delicious, and affordable! I was really impressed by the freshness of the ingredients that went in my Avocado Chicken Chop and enjoyed every bite of my salad. I opted for the Thai basil vinaigrette instead of the ranch or blue cheese dressing (I hate blue cheese) and it was delicious! The Thai basil vinaigrette had a very refreshing taste to it--absolutely loved it! The Turkey Avocado Club was great as well! The ciabatta was fresh, and there was a generous amount of turkey and avocado. The Lobster Bisque was also good. It was slightly on the salty side, but nicely flavored. Not too bad if you dip the roll in it. The Strawberries & Cream Crème Brûlée was interesting. I would say it looked better than it tasted. Definitely tasted nothing like a crème brûlée, but was more like a yogurt-type dessert. It wasn't bad, just not what I had expected. The order also came with 2 complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries, which was a sweet treat! Overall I liked the concept of this restaurant and value its fresh ingredients. Definitely worth coming back!

It is an amazing treat to watch these kids hustle. Every time we come in the door. It feels like that they are short staffed but their effort makes up for any lack of bodies they might have. Lily was running the helm today, and it was inspiring to watch her fill orders and provide training on the fly. She never stopped moving. Chelsey and Justin were others who stood out. These kids know how to work hard. We come to Zupas often and love this location. My go-to's are always the Cobb Salad and a lobster/cauliflower bisque mix. We have also enjoyed the barbecue chicken salad. They occasionally bring in a specialty sandwich that makes us have to deviate from our regular routine.

Ordered large lobster and small Cauliflower soup and the brisket sandwich. Lobster really tastes like delicious lobster. The sandwich was so good. Very juicy but soo small Like a McDonald's basic hamburger for kids. For $12 it was too small. With Dash fees the 3 items were $42. But at least this time I enjoyed everything. I'm usually disappointed

Probably the worst food I've ever eaten. $25 for a half ass grilled cheese I could've made at home. Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere.

Shrinkflation at Zupas. Half soup is now a quarter soup. They must be saving a lot to compromise customer relationships over.

So when I learned that a Panera Bread was opening not too far from my home, I was stoked. But I patiently waited for all the hype to calm down before I made my first visit. Tonight was the night-my friend and I visited for a post-work dinner and I ordered my beloved soup. Unfortunately, what I got was a regular chicken noodle soup. I opted to go ahead and eat it since I don't like to cause a fuss nor do I like to waste food. The soup was pretty good, but I really wanted that soup I'd tried earlier in the year. Oh well, next time. Service was friendly and the store was spotless clean. There were some delicious looking baked goods in the case that I'm not regretting passing up. I think I'll need a re-do for the soup and will get one of those honkin' cookies that looks so yummy.

Here are my complaints with this new location... 1. I went through the drive through. I understand salad/sandwich places can take longer but yikes... 35 minutes with a screaming 5 month old. And once you are in the drive through you are stuck. I was pissed. If you are going to build a drive through, you have to be efficient enough to run the drive through. 2. Portions. My sandwich was ok, could have used more meat based on the cost. My salad was pitiful especially for $8. 3. Presentation. I wasn't asked what side I wanted (I was given a baguette but would have preferred the chips), and it was just tossed into my to go bag. Sanitation issue I would think. Honestly probably won't waste my time here again.

She verified my order, asked if there was anything else I would like. She let me know the order would be ready in 12 minutes and with that I jumped in my car and arrived to pick my order up in this very fashionable outdoor Riverton mall. I walked in around 5 pm. Relatively quiet but there were two large families dining and there was my Togo order all bagged up. I got Pepper Garlic stir fry with tofu spice level 3 of 5, papaya salad spice level 2 of 5 and fried spring rolls... $50 plus 20% gratuity. For two people... The interior was very nice, very clean adorned with photos and a variety of photos and art pieces from Thailand. This would be a great spot for large groups and date night. I'd come here again.

Just be prepared to wait....for a while.....she did give us a heads up it was gonna be about 15-20, but it pushed closer to 25-30. Coming off a flight hungry, we are doubting our decision to come here. After 30 mins, our food finally arrives! We got the house sandwich (ham and turkey w/lettuce tomato and homemade herb Dijon sauce). It was served with a sugar cookie and a cup of pasta salad. Not bad for $16.99! The sandwich was delicious and tasty! Maybe cause we were beyond starving. The pasta salad was just ok. The sugar cookie was nice and soft. It wasn't crumbly or dry. The frosting on top had just enough sweetness to give the cookie some flavor. My daughter got the roast beef sandwich which came with cheese, a bunch of arugula, and a homemade garlic horseradish sauce. She opted out of the pickled onions. Her sandwich also came with a cup of pasta salad and a sugar cookie. The sandwich was flavorful and the peppery arugula completed the sandwich. We both agreed that the roast beef sandwich was the better of the two. All-in-all this is a good sandwich place. One thing I didn't care for was the long wait. I understand that they might have been a bit busy and everything is made to order, but the time that I was quoted to what we actually waited, we probably would have gone somewhere else.
