Corned beef and hash, pancakes, bacon and eggs.

We love Cajun Kitchen! Anytime we are in the area, we always ALWAYS stop in for breakfast. I get the corned beef and hash with a black coffee and my hubby gets the bacon and eggs with a side of pancakes. We also get the beignets, a must when you visit. The food and service is always consistent and delicious...every time! We have never had a bad meal at either location. Ambiance is farmhouse diner style with a warm and inviting space and great music playlist. Do yourself a favor and save this to your "Must Try" list and thank me later. Bon Appétit'!

Another Samara Barbara staple! My boyfriend and I made our way over in the late morning (the day before thanksgiving) and it wasn't too crowded, we sat ourselves on the patio. Our waitress was friendly, funny, and accommodating. She provided a dairy-free milk for my coffee. The food was incredibly flavorful and cooked just right! I ordered my grits sans cheese (which I'm sure would've enhanced the flavor SO much) but the shrimp and andouille sausage were the stars of my dish. My boyfriend got his go-to dish, Jambalaya and over medium eggs, and recommends you do the same!

Great breakfast spot! Has all of the typical breakfast items with some unique cajun breakfast items as well. Everything was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend and I split the Eggs Benedict which was a perfect portion for the both of us. The server was nice enough to have it prepared on different plates. Very laid back hole in the wall restaurant that you wouldn't expect to have such a good quality meal.

Probably not the best choice to order crawfish in California. What was I thinking! They were tough and not very good. I assume they were frozen and then overcooked. The seasoning was good for the dish though. Tasty, pipping hot corn bread was great.

Let me start with the bad, I ordered their French dip. The meat was incredibly dry, like it had been sitting awhile. Naybe they were trying to make beef jerkey. Even with the aujou. It did not help, really a disappointment for me. I do think this may have been a one off. Because for the remainder of the food we had (party of four) everybody lived their food. My wife and daughter had the breakfast dishes. They said it was delicious and they enjoyed it very much. Everything was cooked to order. The eggs were fresh. The bacon was crispy. You couldn't ask for a better dish. My son ordered the chicken sandwich, which he said was very tasty. Crispy batter and the chicken was well seasoned. The restaurant is in a small strip mall. Fair amount of people walking in but still felt very homely. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Nice place to eat definitely will return. When we go to visit our daughter at UCSB? I just won't be having the french dip. Oh yeah, the service, quick service. Nice great experience loved it.

Not your average Mexican egg dish. Very tasty seasoned just right. Large portion size and fast service. East stop on the 101. #spicemeister approved.

I will always recommend the Cajun Kitchen! I am a creature of habit and my go to here is always the shrimp and grits. This is the kind of place where you can come to dine alone and walk out with friends. Cajun kitchen has been around as long as I have lived in Santa Barbara which is many decades and it is still as good today as it was back in the 90s. The servers make you feel like you're the only one in the packed restaurant. This time I noticed they were serving Dune coffee and for that I am grateful because any time we can support local, we should. Cajun kitchen is a local legend!

The jambalaya here is the best I've had outside the state of Florida. The service is awesome and the breakfast is amazing.

I ordered the B.L.T.A. to go and it was honestly the worst sandwich I have ever paid for…read more Not only did it look nothing like the picture, the quality of ingredients was extremely disappointing across the board: - Stale, basic white store bought sandwich bread (think Wonder Bread) - Pre-shredded, store-bought lettuce - Two slices of tomato total -- one per half (and they were completely different sizes) - Less than half of an avocado for the entire sandwich - Plain mayonnaise, not the "Tabasco mayo" advertised - Cheap, fatty bacon that tasted like low-end grocery store brand Did the cook have to stop at the grocery store on their way to work today? On top of that, the ingredients were distributed completely unevenly between the two halves. I literally had to take both halves apart and redistribute everything myself just to make it edible. Nothing about this felt fresh. I also swapped the "house-made chips" for tater tots -- which turned out to be the exact Ore-Ida frozen tots you buy at the grocery store, and even worse... they were undercooked and mushy. I am willing to bet I just paid $16 for about $2.50 worth of ingredients. For $16, this was not just underwhelming -- it was bad, REAL BAD. Do NOT order this sandwich.
