We got Thai tea and toffee hazelnut cookie. Thai tea has white chocolate chips. The toffee has milk and semi sweet chocolate chips, with toffee and a Nutella base. We split the cookie in to four so all of my family can try it too. Ummmm we all were very disappointed .... The cookie wasn't cooked all the way. The whole middle part was still wet and just tasted like dough. When you grabbed the cookie while it was still packaged, you can see the cookie bending down. I just thought it was a soft cookie but when you bite into it, you can see it's dark and wet still. My cousin said the toffee hazelnut just tasted like a chocolate chip cookie. I ordered from Caked for the first time via DoorDash yesterday. I've been eyeing their ice cream selection for awhile now, especially the Asian flavors. And they are deliciously yummy. They are a bit pricey. Still, my taste buds and stomach are deliriously happy at the flavors: soursop (custard apple, cherimoya), lychee, ube (purple yam) and black sesame. Though they are all cream-based, I still noticed a difference in the density of the ice creams. From lightest to heaviest is soursop and lychee then ube and black sesame. I haven't tried their cookies yet so I have nothing to say about them except that the ube mochi, taro and chocolate-chipped strawberry cookies look interesting. I haven't tried their brownies either. I was offered samples which I enjoyed immensely. Of course, those samples set me up for, a minute on the lips...you know it! A lifetime on the hips, lol! What followed I don't regret, ha! I bought my share of yumminess, worth every penny. They're reasonably priced too! Buy 6 get 1 free, yay! My newest fav was the Pistachio Cookie. I'm a chocolate lover, but these cookies are delicious. They're moist, almost creamy, they definitely dissolve in your mouth. They're full of flavor. It was live at first bite. "Vee" if I remember correctly, was manning the booth that day. Friendly, Helpful, Generous & treats a customer well. He was cool! Never pushy but he stood behind his product. Rightfully so! My overall experience here is okay. The woman at the front was nice, she upsold me the "Buy 6 items, get a cookie free" deal. I didn't realize how pricey everything was... I paid about $36 in total. The cookies itself were big but the flavors didn't hit as I thought it would. The Almond Joy cookie is probably my favorite of the ones I tried while the Ube Mochi was my least flavor. I gave the Peanut Butter brownie away before taking the pics. The texture and moisture are exceptionally kept with all of them... the flavors just could be more impactful, in my opinion. read more

Walking to the Embarcadero, there were vendors at Broadway and Harbor Dr. Sunday afternoon. We wanted a dessert and saw the Caked tent. The young lady was so friendly and answered questions and made recommendations. We settled on the Slutty Brownie which she said was one of the best sellers, a brownie on top of Oreo crumble on top of a chocolate chip cookie. The presentation is great, sealed brownie in an individual box with the name of the brownie in their signature brand. The brownie was very tasty but a little on the dry side. Love these cookies. Theyre one of my farmers market must haves. The textures are awesome - many are super fluffy/cakey, some have an interesting more chewy texture, and then there are some with the more expected cookie texture, but they're always pretty soft. There are also a ton of different flavors to experience. Customer service has also been super solid. We fell in love with the almond joy cookie and when we didnt see it for a while, we told them they should bring it back and within a couple weeks it was back in the selection. The best soft and chewy cookies! If you like your cookies crispy this would not be an ideal cookie for you. But the texture of these were perfect for me. Compared to Crumbl, it's less sweet, doughy and "hard". We tried one of their taro cookies and also one of the one mochi cookies. Both were amazing but the taro one really stood out with its flavors. I absolutely adore many of the businesses encased within the Miralani Makers District (e.g. Jaunt Coffee, Swinford Spirits) and now Caked has joined the ranks. They have funky hours, but the ones on Yelp are rather up-to-date (opening at 1pm). They actually do have a store front where you can pick and choose from *Today's Flavors* of cookies, along with their brownies and very realistic dog-shaped chocolates. I find it more convenient to order through their website beforehand, and pickup later though. If you prefer, they do ship (at a $$) and nation-wide at that. I placed an order for same day pick-up and it included some of their daily flavors -- Taro, Snickerdoodle, and Ube Mochi cookies -- all in various quantities. I was totally vibing with the packaging of their cookies which listed the cookie name, any additions, the base, and basic ingredients which are commonly associated with food allergies (e.g. wheat, eggs, milk). Their Taro and Snickerdoodle were on the thinner side, but PACKED full of flavor. Plus, it helped that they were soft and moist. The *Ube Mochi* cookies were the winner! It was quite wholesome since they were fluffed out -- almost like a cake -- were squishy, and SO incredibly soft. It even possessed a slight chewy texture as is the case with any mochi treat. The hybrid characteristic of this cookie made it stand out immensely! And, of course, the fact that it did indeed taste like its name implied. I will forever have to keep myself away from their quick and easy ordering system on their website because I'd be driving the short 5-minutes here almost everyday after work. Just had CAKED at a concert they were selling at. I got the toffee hazelnut chocolate cookie. It was delicious! HOWEVER, It is really sweet! I have a sweet tooth but as of recently, my teeth have gotten really sensitive to cold. Not so much sweet, but when I took a bite out of this cookie my teeth immediately started to ache. If you can handle your sugar I'd recommend it. But if you're on the more sensitive side i would recommend passing on this flavor. read more

We ordered all different types including gluten free. Our guests LOVED the cookies and it was a bonus they came wrapped so people could take them home. After the party, we ordered more to be shipped to our house. The cookie tin is a perfect gift or to enjoy for yourself.
