They had the best price for the service out of the three companies I talked to, too. They showed up promptly and the tech took less than an hour to do his thing! He was VERY clean!! I expected at least a little loose ash around after the cleaning, but he was spotless! We had just moved into the house and we were basically clueless about what spark control we are required to have. 2 days before thanksgiving, I reached out to David the owner for chimney inspection/cleaning. Although his schedule was completely booked, he squeezed us in on the morning of thanksgiving day. The whole service was a short 30mins, it included a full inspection of the chimney, the cap, and the gas tubes to make sure they are no leaks. I needed 3 condo dryer vents in my neighborhood cleaned, and I specifically asked Frank Salas, (the very nice man who answers the phone) - If they clean up after themselves - well they do not. Really regret giving a tip before I heard this from my tenant who had to clean up the link mess all over the porch. My new washer and dryer combo keeps on stopping when I dry. It's always ask to have the lint filter cleaned when it's very clean and free from lint. So we called it in to be serviced. The technician said it's not the machine it's a dryer vent issue. So I took their service and man they were fast. They were able to set me up the next day and Frank was a great guy. David traced the issue, hooked up the ductwork and cleaned out the system all the way from the laundry room out of the garage. This is all on top of a meticulous cleaning.
