Haven't clean my chimney ever since we bought the house 10 years ago. It was time to get it clean. We call around and Cal duct had the best price. They came on time and did what they have to do. 20 min later it was done. Only suggestion is that to wear shoes cover when you walk into someone house mostly Asian house. I bought this new dryer and after it was installed, it was not drying at all. It kept indicating that the duct was 90% blocked. Being a relatively new home owner i had no idea that the ducts had to be cleaned yearly. I actually hired another company before I reached out to Cal Duct cleaning, and they were not able to help me...they said the problem was too big for them. I started to worry if anyone could help me. Super easy to schedule and from there Cal Duct Cleaning took care of the rest. They showed up on time and worked hard, I got both the chimney cleaned and dryer duct cleaned out. The tech took measures to seal off the fireplace as to not make a mess... also protected the nearby hardwood floors with drop cloths/ padded moving blankets. The dryer I was a bit worried needed to be removed from it's stack (washer dryer stacked duo configuration) but they let me know they could clean the duct mostly from the outside and I was good with this. Awesome service! I called today around 1:30 for the 1st time to Cal Duct Cleaners asked for an estimate for cleaning my 12ft dryer pipe vent. I got a flat rate quote, I asked when they would be available, he said today we could come between 5-6pm or Thursday between 1-2pm. I said give me a minute and I'll call you back.
