In the new year though, I started a conversation with Moses about several projects and started getting less and less responses back. For one small order, we got all the way to paying the invoice and after I paid we heard nothing back. It was a rush order and I was told it would take 2 days to complete. It has now been almost 2 months I still have heard nothing in response, I've even reached out to request a refund and have still had no response.

I came in with an issue on my phone, totally black and not working after just dropping it on the…read morecarpet about 18 inches high. The outer screen was not cracked, and when the phone was opened up, it showed that the inner film was never taken off and that's why my phone was overly hot. And when I dropped it, I guess the two pieces of the screen separated because of the overheating. Screen was replaced with the proper one. Since this was a refurbished phone that I bought on Amazon, they used the wrong one. I felt that it was a reasonable price and was advised to contact Amazon and let them know what happened and they actually refunded me $128. My phone is working perfectly and I really appreciate the honesty and the help that I received. I highly recommend this business and is definitely in my contacts and will recommend, but I hope I never have to contact again LOL
