My wife and I ordered dinner on 3/31 at 5:45 pm. Food was set to be delivered between 6:55-7:05. by 7:15 I called and asked about the status. They apologized for the delay and said the food would be out the door in a few minutes. 40 minutes go by, still no food. My wife ordered the Shrimp Scampi and we were surprised to find out that it's $17 for 5 20-25 sized shrimp and a side salad or side pasta. There was a mistake with my pizza--it should've has pepperoni and mushrooms but forgot the mushrooms. Since my son already ate two slices, I just wanted a refund for the $2 extra topping fee. The food is decent, but definitely not worthy of a 3rd try - will stick with delicious, much more reliable Savinos from now on. Placed my order through Yelp and it took a while to come. Yet, the food was pretty good. It was a hearty sized veggie wrap with fries (the irony). However, the mozzarella sticks were exceptional. First pro tip - the chicken Cesar salad - very strong candidate for best quick service salad in town. $10 after tax, balsamic marinaded chicken breast, great dressing (probably Ken's brand - that's the mac daddy of all dressing). Definitely try this place. Thin, but chewy crust is terrific and the brick oven flavor is great. Garlic knots are wonderful and better than any I've had. Not overly garlicky, but soft with great flavor and comes with warm homemade marinara sauce to dip them in. Just try the place and you'll see for yourself, best kept secret in Mt. Juliet. Nice inside, newly remodeled, cozy, cooks and wait staff were friendly and attentive and showed appreciation that we were there.
