Review based on cheese pizza alone, but when a place makes a good, solid cheese pizza, you know you've found a gem! The staff are friendly, the restaurant offers desserts made in house and even has their own bottled soda! I've ordered take out and dined in few times and haven't been disappointed yet. I guess people on here dont know good pizza. It wasnt hot upon delivery, lukewarm. The mozzarella sticks were the rectangular frozen ones thrown in a fryer. Sauce tasted ok and delivery was 20 minutes ahead of schedule, so I gave an extra star for that. Otherwise very forgettable. Would not order from here again. read more

Best pizza ever. It's the little things that make this pizzeria stand out, for example instead of calling you and saying your slice is done they bring it to you. We came on a Wednesday night at 7p. It was empty inside but people were walking in and out for pick up and a brisk delivery service was going on. I came with my family and my mom and we ate like Kings. Everything was fabulous. The owner swung by to ask us how everything was and without looking I asked for a box - he didn't even blink an eye and started clearing the table and food to be boxed. No standing on pretense here and I love that. New favorite pizza spot. read more

This place recently changed owners from being "Manny's Pizza" and it's been phenomenal since then. Very authentic pizza and sandwiches. The grandma sicilian is unbelievably fresh and flavorful. The hot sandwiches, eggplant, chicken and veal parm come on a fantastic bread and are absolutely delicious. I asked the owner and he said they get the bread fresh from a Jersey City bakery daily. Have had the pleasure of enjoying their food on three separate occasions . Their sausage and pepper sandwich is absolutely terrific. It is huge and full of sausage, peppers and onions. I had a calzone with pepperoni which was also good but there was way too much bread left over with no filling. Yesterday I had the Calabria Salad. It was also terrific. It was so much that I divided it into 3 portions. One of the best salads I have had . Will definitely be going there a lot more. read more

There's plenty of local pizzerias in the area, ones I've gone to for years but I have to say Calabria's is my new go to spot . My boyfriend and I have been there a handful of times already and every time we've gone the staff has ALWAYS been very welcoming and courteous. We never waited long when we ordered. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the portions are very big! The quality of food is really just delicious . I leave there always wanting to go back not just because of their really TASTY food but just because how NICE and RESPECTFUL they are to everybody that walks in . They have always thrown in something free for us or given us a discount. You can really tell the owner shows a pride in what he does . He's always there helping his employees, making sure things are running right in the restaurant and more importantly making his customers happy! There is a wide variety of selections in choices of food! There are dishes on the menu I've never seen anywhere else. I am the type of girl that usually gets the same thing every time I go like the Calabria salad which I LOVE but the buffalo calamari is oh my god sooo good !! You have to try the garlic knot sliders. My favorite is the eggplant with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers! The pasta dishes are great too!! There's really so many different options to choose from . It's always so hard to choose because everything always looks so good!! I can't wait to go back to try something new I haven't gotten yet. Very Good Pizza, moved to oradell a year from hoboken and havent found anything that matchs Marios (my favorite place). We tried all over including surrounding towns. Not saying other places were bad just werent to my liking. Nothing fancy just very good pizza. Well done everything pie is best. read more

My husband absolutely loves pizza and we have been trying to locate the best pizza spot in Bergen County with no avail lucky for us this spot opened!!! I'm personally not a big fan of pizza but after tasting their pizza I absolutely love it!!!! I'm 2 months pregnant with severe heartburn and I can't tolerate anything with tomatoes however the only thing I can eat with tomatoes happens to be their pizza. It's really bizarre! Being a nurse if one of my patients told me they have severe heartburn and can eat pizza with tomato sauce I wouldn't believe it but it's true!! Their tomato sauce doesn't cause me any discomfort or heartburn!!! When we have guests over we order the buffalo chicken pizza and our guests are very impressed. Their homemade tomato sauce, their sliders, the fries, and the pizza is delicious. Highly recommended! Being pregnant in my first trimester I find it hard to tolerate a lot of foods and I'm so limited to places I can go to and I'm lucky I can add this to my list! read more
