The cosmo was really bad and our pretzel was burnt. Also, the band that was playing was way too loud. Almost as soon as they started, the tables around us started leaving. The hostess then started violently bussing said tables. Like, tossing full cups of drinks into a container filled to the brim with plates. Our waiter was nice enough, but we had to intentionally flag him down several times to place orders, and he tossed our food on the table without asking us if we wanted anything else. The food is way overpriced for frozen stuff that I could make at home, the drinks are not fresh and made properly, and the guest should not have to go to the bar to settle the bill. What really kills me is that there is a photo of John Taffer from Bar Rescue hanging on the wall with the owner of this establishment, but quite obviously, the "owner" just doesn't care about the quality of products being delivered to his guests, nor guest hospitality. The booth seats are in bad repair and quite uncomfortable. You have definitely lost me as a customer in your establishment.
