Michael always gave me reasonable prices for oil change, brakes etc, I needed my shocks and struts replaced but I didn't have time to make an appointment at another shop so he quoted me 800 with alignment I greed and few hours later I showed up and he tells me that's he quoted the wrong amount I said no I got other shops quoted my the same amount on paper. I noticed he's smog check technician was listening to our conversation Im sure he was the one that told Michael he didn't charge me enough I let that slide but then I ran over a chuck of asphalt and I went back so he could check if it needs alignment he said he can't do it cause he doesnt the machine and sent me to a sketchy shop down the street, not only he didn't wanna do it just cause he sent me to the worst shop in the area, stay away for this shops that wanna charge dealerships rates read more

When he got back from the test drive I could hear the brakes screeching as he pulled up. He preceded to tell me he heard nothing and looked at me like a deer in the headlights. After 20 years of being bringing my vehicles here for a wide variety of services I now have to move on to another repair shop. Not sure what has caused the changes here but no longer are they seeing a job through to completion. When a problem keeps re-occuring and they keep my car for days and saying that's as good as it'll get is so wrong. I've been going to Mike for years but this time I'm really disappointed. My car was dropped off last Thursday afternoon by my son. No updates until yesterday when Mike told my son to pick it up and they did some test and nothing wrong with my car. So my son drove it home and it sure thing the car broke down on him. So I called them today and who ever I'm speaking to on the other line, lied to my face saying that my son needs the car and that he keeps calling every hour? How can he do that? He's on class the whole day yesterday? And we have proof on his phone how showing he did not call them every hour. And that he told my son they did not do any test and to bring back the car some other time. My car gave them the code as well so I'm not sure why then haven't checked that and do a diagnostics! There's a reason why we brought the car to the shop to be checked. I'm glad my son was safe driving the car home coz if something happens to him because of this shops negligence I will be talking to a lawyer!!! I took my vehicle on July 27, 2023 for them to put the liquid into the AC and on August 3 the AC wasn't working again. I took it back to the shop and he said he is not responsible. Very dishonest man he said he told me that it didn't want to work and he never mentioned that when I left that day it worked and then after it didn't work. Be careful not to get ripped off like I did! I went in for an oil change but they never actually did anything just paid $50!!!! My car kept saying to change oil & it kept marking the oil life at 0% I figured they just forgot to restart the computer but no they never did an actual oil change!! They have never told me that I needed something when I didn't. In fact, they have told me when I don't need something or when there is something that can wait. Very honest.
