Broken pen, brought back within 24h but no refund or exchange.

This dude working tonight was a real asshole. Never have problems there. I go all the time and spend a lot of money on vape juice bowls and coils . Never going again because of that guy. I bought a vape pod tank and walked outside and realized it wasn't the same exact vape tank and he wouldn't refund me. I didn't even use the tank. It's brand new. Had it for less than 20 seconds ... left it on store counter since wouldn't give refund. Check cameras! I would appreciate money back or some type of refund . Thank you! read more

Just stopped by tonight so we could pickup a new vape juice and Reenan (sp?) helped us out. He was pretty knowledgeable of which ones he thought we'd like. We were looking for a fruity menthol flavor and decided on the OMG WTF strawberry with menthol. Never heard of it, but Reenan was right, it's pretty good. Yesterday I came in for the first time after reading the reviews on yelp. I was more than pleased with my visit the owner was very friendly and patient with me as I asked million questions. He had a very wide selection of the most recent models of vapes. The prices were very reasonable and he even set up my new Vape for me which was awesome since I'm fairly new to the Vaping world. So my Novo 2 broke as soon as I got to work. I couldn't get another one until I was done which was around a quarter to 11. I was looking up vape places and found Cali Clouds was still open. Not only that, but they had a new Novo 2 kit for me. I got there right before they closed and the guy with gauges, I think his name was Sergio totally saved my night. He was super friendly and we even chatted a bit as he explained everything that Cali offered. He wasn't even angry I showed up minutes before closing. He was just chill and understood. 3 stars due to high prices. But 5 stars to customer service! The Naked CBD 1200mg was $60 here which is more than what I paid in San Diego area and $30 more than directvapor.com. I did however like the service of the guy who helped me. I ended up going with a CBD disposable stick and one in my 2 pack didn't work. The guy had no hesitation to replace it for me. Test those disposables before you leave the store in case you run into a faulty one like I did. I appreciate the great customer service. read more

To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

Parking was super easy--even on a Saturday! Inside has a nicely curated selection but not overwhelming selection which is a plus, Affordable but not cheap ya know? A value!!!! We copped two awesome wireframe stools with sturdy cushions for a bargain. We were helped by Angel, super cool sales associate that was personable and accommodating. Thank youuuuuuu! Looking forward to their new upcoming collection! Meanwhile, enjoy the sales while they last!

I've been to a lot of different vape shops, but this is my favorite one! The customer service is excellent. They always have a wide variety of different juices and devices to pick from, along with anything else you might need: coils, batteries, chargers, tanks, etc. The owner, Renan, is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and he's usually the person who helps me out. He always has recommendations on different juice I would like, and he lets you try out whatever juice you may want. I walked into this store 3 years ago, with little knowledge about vaping, but I was determined to get off cigarettes. Renan and the other guys helped me figure out what device worked for me, helped me troubleshoot when I was having issues, and always made me feel comfortable. Other shops are not so helpful or friendly, so that's why I keep coming here. read more

This has been my new Vape shop since they have opened they have an incredible selection of juices they introduced me to a lot of new juices that I love I've also boughten three new Vape machines from them because I'm having an obsession with collecting them now.. and their prices are incredibly reasonable ... Cali Clouds is the best vape shop in P.R!!! The customer service is amazing, they are always fully stocked and they take the time to explain everything to u. Also when they do they don't make u feel like shit cuz u didn't know all the correct vape grammar and or vape slang..
