Haven't been in this shop yet, but I know without a doubt this place has got to be a customer service oriented shop. Tonight I was the parking lot at my local hardware store unloading my bags into my car when the owner Marco and his friend pointed out that a sharp piece of wood had completely flatten my tire. The Marco said he could help me change it. Of course, being a female at night in a parking lot, I said,"yes thank you. " Even though I was not equipped with the proper tools, he had taken off my new tire and put my spare on so quickly, that I was on the road again like it never even happen. He even told me what my correct PSI. I only realized after he had started changing my tire, that this was his specialty. If this is how he treats people of the clock, you can only imagine how well he treats his customers. He even gave me a great quote on a new tire!!! So tomorrow, I'm go get my new tire at a tire shop where I know they treat their customers well. Thanks again Marco! read more

I'm so thankful for this business! There was an issue with my rim. There was also an issue with my tire which needed to be replaced. This business went above and beyond and helped me out! I appreciate this business because they care about the safety of their customers and they also do whatever they can to help you out! i just bought a 2017 Toyota Tundra and I had a 6 inch lift done somewhere else. (at stereo pros in corona) they gave put on the wrong lift and the truck was driving rough. i was on offer up one night and I saw CALI STREETS on there advertising lift kits so I messaged them and decided to go to the shop and see what they could do.. i stoped by the shop I was a little hesitant at first. i spoke with Marco and told him what happened and he said they could fix it. they ordered the parts I needed and soon as they came in they called me I dropped off my truck Wednesday at 10:30am and it was done Thursday. they did a awesome job and my truck is driving like the day I took it home. i wish I could have gone there in the first place and saved some money but what can you do. Hit something on the road and dented my rim. Ended up getting a flat tire and had to repair my rim in the process. Ive never had to go to a shop in Riverside but after going to this place I gotta say the experience was excellent. The mechanics went above and beyond what I expected and even let me borrow a spare tire from one of their own cars since mine couldn't hold air. Such a great experience with this shop. I will start coming here instead of my usual shop since they were so helpful. Customer service was excellent, repaired rim looks almost as if nothing had happened, and the fact that they let me borrow one of their own spares after mine wouldn't hold air made me feel like they really wanted to go above and beyond with their customer service. This store is NOT cool. After you signed off your credit card charge, make sure the amount is what you agree with. This is my story. I got service for 387.41 on invoice. The store charged me for $402.91 WITHOUT my acknowledgement. I found out after I reviewed my monthly credit card billing statement. I have no idea what the extra charge of 15.50 for. I have been coming to the store for service more than 5 years. They just broke my trust. Hope this store can be MORE honest. I purchased rims and tires from Marco's at Cali streets tires.He scratched two of my rims During installation.He told me that happens to 90% of the rims that he installs.He told me he couldn't do nothing about it.My truck is still pulling hard to the right which leads me to believe that he did not align my truck like he said he was going to.Also modified my 2018 Chevy Silverado to fit a 35 inch tire and cut some of my cab along with my fender.Was only supposed to cut my fender a little bit and he told me that you would not be able to see anything.Shittiest customer service I've ever dealt with.And his license through automotive bureau of better business is expired. read more

I came into the shop today getting a price quote on how much it would cost me to get my brakes worked on and since I was on a budget I had been shopping around for the best quote I could get. I took my truck down to Cali street tire to get an alignment done. Since my truck is lifted with big tires I called before I dropped it off to make sure they would be able to do the alignment. They said yes no problem. I got there at 11:45m they said two hours so I dropped my truck off and left. I finally get a call at 4pm when they close for them to tell me they can't do it my tires are to wide. WTF! It's now late sat afternoon! I have plans to drive far tomorrow and now stuck with no alignment. I do not recommend Cali Street Tire to anyone they do not know what they are doing! This is bad business! read more

I initially began coming to Cali Street Tires over a year ago with a friend, and they always took care of him. Marco from Cali Street Tires took care of me, I had accidentally purchased wheels that wouldn't clear the calipers and they took care of everything by putting some spacers. I wasn't happy with the way it looked at first, and so they changed it to a thinner spacer at no extra charge.
