But then the car wasn't done until January 7th? A few short weeks later- I notice a rattle by my tire....the liner wasn't properly fastened and became loose. I took it in where KEVIN took a look at the car and told me he'd get the issue resolved at no cost. Needless to say- Kevin, is indeed, the man! What should have been a straightforward repair has instead become a prolonged, deeply frustrating ordeal that has resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. This vehicle was not simply transportation. It was a gift from my husband, and your facility's failure to properly protect and secure it has caused significant emotional and financial hardship for my family. For nearly two months, I have been without reliable transportation while receiving little reassurance, accountability, or meaningful resolution from your company and its constituents. On March 30, 2026, a Snap-on truck backed into my vehicle while it was parked at your facility. The incident was captured on camera, yet the driver fled the scene afterward. Since that date, my husband and I have been in continuous communication with the Caliber Collision team in an attempt to resolve this matter, but those conversations have produced little progress, accountability, or meaningful resolution. At this point, the inconvenience and damages extend far beyond the vehicle itself. The lack of urgency and responsibility shown throughout this process has been extremely disappointing and has forced me to consider pursuing legal action if this matter is not immediately rectified. From this moment forward, I am formally requesting that Caliber Collision provide an appropriate cash settlement for the financial burden and inconvenience caused, or alternatively provide substantial compensation or a voucher toward the purchase of my next vehicle. Given the circumstances, this is the least your company can do to begin correcting the damage that has been done. Very Disappointing Experience with Caliber Collision I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision after hitting a deer. Based on what I could see, the damage appeared to be minor--primarily to the fender, with possibly some damage underneath the hood. The vehicle was still completely drivable, and I drove it to and from work for approximately two weeks without any issues before taking it to Caliber. GEICO advised me that Caliber had disassembled the vehicle as part of their inspection. I was later informed that the vehicle had been deemed a total loss because the estimated cost of repairs exceeded the vehicle's value. I initially decided to retain the vehicle, understanding that the total-loss settlement would be reduced and that I would be responsible for having the vehicle repaired elsewhere. Before going to pick up my vehicle, I specifically contacted GEICO and was told that the vehicle had been reassembled and was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Caliber and received the keys, I was shocked by the condition of my vehicle. It was nowhere near the condition in which I had left it. I could not even turn the steering wheel enough to safely maneuver the vehicle. The fender was being held together with a zip tie and was laying against the left tire. A light fixture that had been installed when I dropped the vehicle off was now sitting in the trunk. At that point, it became clear to me that the vehicle would require significantly more work to make it safely drivable than I had anticipated. I immediately contacted GEICO and told them that I no longer wanted to retain the vehicle and wanted to proceed with the total-loss settlement. I understand that a vehicle may be disassembled during an inspection and that repairs may ultimately exceed its value. What I do not understand is why I was told the vehicle had been reassembled and was ready for pickup when I arrived to find it in a condition where I could not safely drive or even properly maneuver it. I expected my vehicle to be returned to me in substantially the same condition it was in when I dropped it off, especially since I had been told it was reassembled and ready for pickup. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my vehicle repair claim with Caliber Collision. After Caliber Collision retained possession of my vehicle for approximately four weeks, absolutely no repair work was completed. This was the second time I had to bring my car after the first repair was incorrect and unacceptable and took 8 weeks to complete. Eventually I demanded that my vehicle be returned to me due to the complete lack of progress. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was shocked by its condition. The vehicle was filthy, both inside and out, demonstrating a complete lack of care and professionalism. To make matters worse, I discovered disassembled parts shoved into my vehicle in multiple pieces. The necessary mounting hardware was not provided, rendering the part unusable. Additionally, I found a box in the trunk containing another part that was incorrect. The part was severely warped from heat exposure and was also unusable. The entire situation is unacceptable. As a result of Caliber Collision's negligence and apparent lack of accountability, I was forced to purchase the correct parts directly from the dealer at my own expense and have it installed myself. Beyond the financial impact, the customer service I received from Caliber Collision was disappointing and unprofessional. Their lack of communication, failure to complete repairs, and disregard for the condition of my vehicle have demonstrated a level of service that falls far below reasonable expectations. Cody the manager is never available. When he is, then he lies about progress. Melvin who was assigned to my case also lied consistently about progress. I tracked my car and the entire time, it had not moved from the initial location. DO NOT take your car here. They are scamming insurance companies for subpar work. read more

I have noticed that there seem to be Caliber Collision shops popping up everywhere. Well, this week I found out why. My 2024 Toyota Tundra was damaged when my wife accidentally hit a parking post. I took it to the South Tryon Calliber Collision. I could not believe the excellent service I received! I worked with a terrific service expert named Stan. He called to update me after every part of the repair was completed. He was knowledgeable and treated me like I was top priority. Today when the truck was completed, my wife was at a meeting until 5:00 and I couldn't pick it up, he brought the truck to my house, which is only five miles away. Who does that? Nobody I have ever heard about. The truck looks great, the quality of workmanship superb and the total price was very fair. I could not be happier with Caliber Collision and commend you for having Stan to make an inconvenient situation much more bearable. Thank you! read more

Very nice, very good work. Had to replace the mirror on my car, they were very nice, ordered, painted, and installed the mirror (I think it took about 15 minutes to install!) And it was cheaper than the price I was quoted!!!! read more

Our car was hit by an Instacart driver while parked in our driveway recently. Super frustrating! But our insurance company pointed us in the direction of this shop and we have nothing but great things to say about them! They were professional both over the phone and in person. I had my car fixed here after getting sideswiped by an 18 wheeler the first time I got my car back there was definitely something not right with the steering wheel which he mentioned but thought it had to be broken in... they forgot the weatherstrip on one of my doors they were paint globs left on my hood... I took it back and they put the weatherstrip on buffed out the paint glob ordered a new part for the wheel but now also my side mirror is whistling because they did not attach a piece of plastic properly. How many times am I going to have to go to this place to get my car fixed.... I don't have a problem with Caliber but this location doesn't know what they're doing! read more

From the moment I walked in the service was phenomenal. I want to point out that Crystal gave me exceptional customer service from beginning to end.
