My vehicle has been at Caliber since 11/18. Was contacted by Blake on 12/10 for some additional information and was told my vehicle would be ready the following week. The following week passed still no car and no follow up call. Call Blake on 12/22 and was told he would call me back, Blake didn't call back as I was told. I called again and finally got ahold of Blake, he told me my car would be ready somewhere in between 12/23 and 12/28. The 28th has come still no car or call. I understand that there may be delays. Customer service of at least calling to be informed of delays when the vehicle has gone past the promised finish dates. Very disappointed in the level of customer service displayed by Blake and Caliber. After this current experience I won't ever return or recommend Caliber to anyone I know. read more

I came here for a couple reasons, the brand name Caliber and I prefer giving my money to local businesses in the area. I'm giving FIVE STARS mainly because of our Advisor Lawrence Fu who was so pleasant to work from the initial greeting and keeping us up to date throughout the entire process. I got involved due to our Daughter never having an experience with a Collision Center. She was dinged from behind in her fairly new '16 Car and I wanted the work done correctly at a fair price even though we were going through AAA Insurance. We dropped off on Monday 7/24 and picked up early this morning after getting a call from Lawrence yesterday afternoon. It was nothing major to begin with but I wanted the paint to match the remainder on the car since a new bumper was being installed. Our Daughter's car was PERFECT! They even gave her a complimentary wash and tire dressing, what a GREAT job. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends who need quality work done in a timely manner. The entire staff here was so nice and and accommodating, no attitudes. Don't forget, when you decide to come here be certain to ask for Lawrence, you will not be disappointed. Our car was completed in just over two days. A special Thank you to our Auto Club Adjuster Sean Kusick who took great care of us during the process and made us whole once again. On a side note....I was not at all happy with the Enterprise Rent A Car which they have on site. They only had two cars to choose from, a Minivan and a Jeep Grand Cherokee which were very dirty. Really, only two cars to choose from? We ended up not getting a rental due to past negative experiences with Enterprise. But this unfortunate experience has nothing to do with Caliber. read more

This review has long been overdue, but I just wanted to express my gratitude to all the representatives at Caliber Collision for helping me with the repairs on my car after I got into an accident. Going through an accident is tough and inconvenient but the team that was assigned to me was simply amazing and took really good care of me. Israel assessed my car and was very thorough and knowledgeable! He walked me through the whole process and always gave me a call to keep me updated on the repairs. With the inconveniences of having to wait for repairs to be done, Israel along with the rest of the staff there at Caliber Collision was so efficient and made my experience so much easier to deal with. Thank you guys so much! I can really tell from the get go that they prize themselves over the quality of the services they provide. Brought my infiniti here when I got rear ended. Upon entering, I noticed they had a well-kept facility and comfortable enough waitig room. An enterprise kiosk was also located inside which made for convenience. They had all of my info and kept me updated regularly on the status of my repairs. There was a slight delay due to one of the service guys grazing against the moulding on my driver's side, but they were upfront about it and resolved the issue. My one qualm is the enterprise kiosk, they didn't appear to have any cars available, and just didnt appreciate the lack of helpfullness by the girl at the counter. NOTE: This by no means reflects how I feel about the main enterprise in chino hills on grand. My fx was restored to its prior condition, and they even took care of some minor nicks on the body of the car. read more

I guess I should have read the reviews on this body shop. I would have saved myself a lot of frustration. Here is my problem, an email I sent my insurance agency. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I still don't have my car to this day. I ran out of days with my rental car because caliber collision transferred my car to 3 different sister locations. Enterprise was no help either, they forced me into a big car 47$/a day. Therefore wasting all my covered days. (Email sent October 6, 2014) Hello Richard, This is Natasha, Joshua's daughter, I am the one that is filing this claim. As of right now I do not know where my car is. From the first day that I talked to the second agent that tried to help me, he had no clue what he was doing. He said he would send out a tow truck right away. That never happened, I had to wait for the next day to get a tow truck. All while this is happening I already have my rental car. So the next day the tow truck comes and says they are bringing it to caliber colition in chino, I had to call caliber colition to see what was up. There location was too busy so they sent my car to the sister location in El Monte, they gave me their number so I called them. I spoke with someone there that told me their lot was full. And they transferred my car to the Redlands location. I called Thursday and they said they were busy( the adjuster told me) and that hopefully he would get to it Friday. I have not received a call or anything. I don't know where my car is or what is happening. My only concern is that my time is running out with my rental. I don't think it's fair that almost a week has gone by and I won't know what is going on with my car. And no one has even looked at it. Let alone the days of my rental car are running out. If on Monday I do not find out any new information. I feel more comfortable with sending the car to where I bought it. The first time someone totaled my other car I had it sent there with no problem and the car was taken care of right away. I just wanted to let someone know my feelings because I was getting the run around today. I spoke to two persons in claims department, the first one tried helping me. I called back and the second lady tried transferring me and said that the office was closed. How could that be? I just talked to someone earlier. I went to a few body shops in the area for quotes on a misaligned door, each telling me it would be at least a few hundred dollars and a whole day's work. I came to Caliber for the first time earlier today, and was kindly greeted by Cynthia. She took the time to assess the door, answer my questions, and take the car back to have the techs take a look at it within minutes. A few minutes later, the door was all fixed just like that. Cynthia made what I expected to be another routine visit at a body shop into an incredibly pleasant experience with actual results. She was professional, knowledgable, thorough, and provided top-notch customer service. It was refreshing to find a shop that looks out for the customer and provides fast results.
