If I could leave less stars I would, but that option is not available. Like other people, I wish I would have read all the previous reviews and I didn't. So here is my honest review, and it's a shocker... HORRIBLE REPAIR JOB. I entrusted my 2015 Chevy 2500HD with scratches on the passenger door and a step rail that was smashed in. Estimate cost, staff, drop off, pick up date, calls, emails and texts about the repair status and being on time, seemed great until I picked up my truck. I did the first walk around and didn't notice anything. After paying and walking back out, inspecting the truck even further, I was irritated with the miles put on my truck, just a couple, but none the less, they should not be driving my vehicle around. Then I noticed the first scratch, completely on the opposite side of the repair and in a odd place, somewhat deep, and by the hood. My gut just turned. I started walking around checking the outside and THEN I noticed the crappy ass repair to the passenger door. Looking close up, looking at it straight on, you wouldn't notice anything, till you look from an angle. The consultant was very apologetic about the problem not being fixed, and since my ride was already gone, offered to put me in a rental. Looks like it's getting better right? NO What appears to be the manager after walking back in, does not acknowledge the situation nor does it look like he cares, but rather continues to talk with the rental car associate who I was told to wait for and he will put me in a rental. After a few minutes my consultant keeps making subtle clues to the manager and finally gets his attn., he walks out, looks at the truck, walks in without saying anything, and just like that my truck is taken away to be repaired again. I wish I could say the rental car associate was the nicest encounter after being irritated, but after his one line sinker attempts to poke fun at the situation by saying "okay, make sure the car has no indentations... are you sure... and your responsible" and the shitty grin on his face. Yes, he was doing his job, however the sarcasm in his tone of voice was not appreciated. In the end my truck is with them for hopefully one more day as he stated. I never write reviews or judge someone solely on one experience, however this incident is horrendous and consumers should be aware. read more

So I guess I'm somewhat accident prone. I got in a little fender bender a few weeks ago and I knew exactly who I wanted to do my body work. My SO's car was banged up in December and Caliber Collision had done a fantastic jo on his repair. His car literally looked brand new when we got it back. Caliber Collision's entire process is stream lined. When I called in after I got my insurance company's OK, I was directed to the State Farm rep at the center. He gave me direction and told me I could bring my car in ASAP and they would start work on it. Raphael Rodriguez gave me stellar customer service. From beginning to end he kept me completely updated and informed as to what was happening with my vehicle. When I arrived at the center, he greeted me and started my paperwork. There is an Enterprise Rental Car on site so I was also able to get my rental car at the same time. So helpful! The ladies who work the front desk were also amazing. There's nothing worse than a car accident and they were very understanding and got me processed quickly. Raphael gave me a deadline when the car would be complete and he actually finished early. When I got my car back it was clean inside and out along with the car being freshly detailed. The front end was perfect and the paint job was impeccable. This is an amazing body shop. Not only does Caliber take pride in their work, but the center has some of the best employees. They definitely made the experience easy and painless. I would recommend them to anyone in the future. My Wife was driving on the 10 freeway when a boulder rock flew out of no where she tried to avoid it but it struck both of her driver side tires blowing out the tires and destroying both front and back rims. We called caliber collision after doing a claim with our insurance and they took the car the next day. It took a couple of weeks to execute all the repairs necessary but it was well worth the weight for brand new OEM Lexus Rims and the chrome looks amazing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming here at all. Leaving the lot after work was completed, there were several outstanding issues including a door squeak that was never corrected and what they said was a headlight not correctly placed. Now, just 8 months later, the bumper they placed is coming off, which I believe is due to the poor workmanship initially displayed by the various issues that they 'fixed'. Obviously they're not going to fix the bumper, so I'm not sure why the packet they gave me lists 'Lifetime Warranty'. Don't trust these guys, they don't do good work. read more

Pretty taken back at the way they treat their longtime customers who have given them close to over $100,000 in repairs and vehicles and they turn you away because you need an appointment to get an estimate. The fact that I stood there for 5 minutes with no one even saying anything.. the place is completely dead but yet they can't come out to take an estimate because of the fear of covid. In April of 2021 I incurred damage to my passenger side fender above my wheel. I work in close proximity to a Caliber Collision in Cathedral City, California and have seen what I thought to be good work. Externally, Caliber Collision seems to be a very solid company and most reviews relay that same message but some do not. Unfortonuately I believe the work could've been better for the price I was charged and for the amount of verbal guarantee I received. I was told that my entire right door and hood had to be painted to blend in from the fender. I was told the emblems had to be replaced, I was also told because of a tiny hole in the headlight; It too had to be replaced because without it; the service advisor feared the company would look bad. I received the vehicle back about a month later and with a very quick over view the job seemed done. I reiterate; the fender bender had been fixed but what about the paint job? As the days passed I noticed some pretty unfinished details on my paint. The polishing was done harshly, very noticeable swirls are present, over spray with drips as long as a foot, indents with missing paint covered with clear coat, missing paint with no clear coat and the exposed metal. there were dents I were told that they would pull just to add to the "job well done," I would have rather had just the job well done but the dents were still present. I went back and had a consultation with someone other than the service advisor and showed him all these missed details, in agreeance to a job undone we moved forward with contacting my service advisor to make a "warranty" appointment. I met with the service advisor a week later; I was told the heavy swirls couldn't really be fixed, but that the other paint mishaps were doable, I was left with some hope that they would do right by their word and that the job would be done a bit better. We made an appointment for another week out. I came back after the "warranty" job was finished and there was absolutely no noticeable difference, also the job was "finished" within the same day. I was told if there was any issues to call again; but at this point I'm worried of leaving my vehicle there any longer and it throws a wrench in my schedule which currently based on the work ethic I have seen is unnecessary. I believe the price does not hold up to the work, and their word and customer service attitude does not match the quality of work. I assumed because I was told about principalities of not replacing the headlight; that the same care and quality of work would go into the rest of the job. I have decided to leave names, locations and dates out of this review because I still have some hope. However if you are paying out of pocket; I would caution you to do a bit more research, look regionally for auto body repair and make an agreeance on standard beforehand. There is an underwhelming sense of unwillingness in work ethic that I believe is unacceptable. Although the staff was very nice the quality of work is subpar. wish me luck! read more

This is our second time using CC and they have provided outstanding service for our vehicles. First repair was on our 350z that was sideswiped by a large truck and after the repair the car looked like nothing, not even a butterfly ever touched it. The second vehicle was a Honda Civic that was hit when it was parked so I don't have the specifics. Repair was quick and efficient and customer service beyond reproach. Not going to mince words here. Don't go here. If you want to use Caliber... go to another location. Had my vehicle in here for a insurance repair... the front desk/reception lady is rude. She was rude at drop off... and rude again at pick up. Do you seriously want someone that apparently hates her job to be the face of your company? You're doing a great job, if so! Picked up my vehicle and was flagged down by another motorist that let me know my tail lights weren't working. Had to go back and have them finish repairing my vehicle. Quality control much? Then after arriving home and checking that the tail lights were secure... I find trash in my truck bed. Looks like from the parts they used. Thanks so much for leaving it for the customer to dispose of. I mean... the only thing I can say was a plus is... they washed it(well mostly. I guess side steps don't count). Detailed the inside... oh... and ate all of my daughter's candy she had left in there. Didn't just have one piece. Nope... ate it all. So no, can't recommend. read more

All I can say is stay away. I originally got into an accident, someone was trying to parallel park and hit my bumper. So I decided to take it to Caliber because they work with insurance and it was so close to my house. Little did I know how much of a pain it was going to be. First I was really happy about enterprise being in there so I didn't have to go somewhere else to get a rental, but my car was done one day after I had dropped it off and no one bothered to call me. I finally picked it up 4 days after it had already been ready and the only reason I found out that it was done was because the insurance company called and told me it was my last day to use the rental. So I pick my car up and it's completely dirty, and whoever helped me said they had washed it "if only you had picked it up the day it was ready" so I was annoyed about that but I brushed it off because it's not their job to wash cars.. I understand that. A day goes by and me and my mom look at my car and we agreed that it was painted the wrong color. My car is a pearlized white and my bumper was now painted a flat white so you could tell in the sunlight that it was totally the wrong color. I then called and brought my car back down to Caliber which at this point I was fed up because not only did they have my car an additional 4 days to realize that my car was the wrong color but they said they "washed" it and wouldn't you notice if you washed a car and it was two different colors? I think I would. Moving on, this time I drop my car off for the last time and bring my dad in with me and they guy that's been helping me the entire time tries to tell my dad that the reason they didn't realize was because my car was SO dirty. Clearly my dad didn't buy it. So I finally got my car back and it is now the correct color. Oh and the guy that helped me his name is Josh. If you are a girl and want to be treated like a child have him paint your car [the wrong color first of course]. If you've read this far and you're looking at where to get your car fixed, don't go here unless you want to waste your time. read more
