I've had my vehicle repaired at this location before and just loved the service that was provided. Not only by the work that was done to my vehicle but the service I received. Recently, I took my car in because it was hit while it was parked. When I walked in Sophie, which she was the one that helped me the first time, saw me and greeted me by name! OMG that made my experience even better! It's been a long time since I've been back, yet she remembered me by name! Although, dealing with my insurance was a complete headache; Sophie did everything she could do to keep me away from dealing with my insurance! Ended up not using my insurance and it was well worth it. My car came out looking amazing again and my experience was even better than the first time. Thank you Caliber Collision. They referred me to caliber collisions and I have to say it was EXCELLENT customer service from the beginning until the end. They would call almost every day to give me a status, the person that gave me the estimate also would constantly call. Then I met them today in person and I i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They are very honest and genuine people which is so great, especially in businesses like these. I told them that it had been a while since I experienced THIS type of quality service! This place is terrible! They completely ruined my car. I took my car there after being in an accident and I had a quote that my car would've been done by the 31st. They kept changing the date saying it was due to not getting certain parts in on time. I finally got my car back, and after an hour of having it had to immediately return it to the shop due to my engine coolant light coming on. I received my cars two days later, when they asked me not to leave a review because they hadn't done the best job. The following day after picking up my car AGAIN my transmission completely blew out. This left me stranded in Vegas where they apologized many times and took the blame and got it towed to another collision shop. They then preceded to tell the transmission going out was my fault for not keeping up with my car. Totally false, after being looked at by multiple mechanics they had said it was CALIBERS FAULT DUE TO NOT TOPPING OFF THE TRANSMISSION FLUID. On the phone they told me they are only a BODY SHOP REPAIR PLACE and ONLY SOMETIMES DO WORK ON THE INSIDES OF CARS. IT SHOWS! Do not take your car here! The manager Bard changed documentation after we asked her to send over the paper saying when they filled up the transmission fluid and they really didn't. Unless you want to be told you're SOL and be in the hole thousands of dollars from there idiotic mistakes don't go there!! These people are pathetic and liar read more

My car was hit in two separate incidents and I could not pass the opportunity of getting my car fixed by this body shop. This body shop is great at communicating with updates. I can and will not trust my car with any other body shop besides this one. This location is a total joke. Don't trust this company with any engine work! They had our car for a month for body and engine repair. They delivered our car and within 3 hrs our engine light when on and they had to tow it back to their shop. They failed to top of the coolant after they repaired the radiator-unbelievable. 72 hours later after receiving the car back the engine and transmission light came on and the car completely died. They towed it once again and determined it's wasn't their fault and a coincidence that our transmission went out and they weren't liable and our insurance company per their direction refused the claim leaving us with a car that didn't run. After removing our car from their procession and taking it to a 2nd party to inspect the car, they told us that Caliber failed to top off the transmission fluid as well and now the transmission needs to be replaced costing $3500. Barb is the manager, lies and changes her story on how they did top off the fluid when I have a voicemail of her staff(Sophie) apologizing that they forgot to add coolant fluid before they delivered the car. Stay away from this business! Poor workmanship and costly issues that will cost you money! read more

Finding the right repair facility will make this experience easier and less stressful. Caliber Collision in El Segundo, CA is that repair facility. The process started with Gaby, the office manager. She was kind and professional. As the first person you meet when you walk in, Gaby made me feel like I was in the right place. My car was assessed by their damage specialist Sophie. Again her thorough knowledge of my vehicle and my insurance coverage made me feel once again that I was in good hands. It was clear that the positive and helpful vibe that permeated throughout the facility was a result of excellent leadership. Barbara, the General Manager, was obviously very hands on throughout the process. I could see that this was a great team in action. The result? My car looks just like it did prior to the accident.
