I am not usually one to post reviews, however this one is well deserved. My husband was in an accident with an uninsured driver, and we had to get his car towed from the accident. Our claim agent suggested we tow our truck to a preferred collision site as they would guarantee the work. We chose Caliber Collision based on location and it being a preferred site. The same day Rick Fitzpatrick, our service advisor, called me and kindly gave me a summary on what to expect through the whole process, that he would handle everything with the insurance, and we didn't have to do a thing. He also stated that he would call us every Tuesday and Thursday with detailed updates on the vehicle. I was thinking in my head that it couldn't possibly be this easy because of all of the horror stories I have heard about Insurance, repair shops, and everything involved. Our truck was in the shop just shy of a month (required a special aluminum mechanic and a few vehicles in front of us), and like clock work Rick called every Tuesday and Thursday with full detailed updates. We never had to call him and track him down, we never had to call the insurance, and we didn't have to do a thing just as he promised. After a week of driving the vehicle and comfortable that everything was repaired correctly, I highly recommend using Caliber and Rick for your repair needs. I would however advise YOU STAY CLEAR OF THE ENTERPRISE RENTAL site located inside Caliber. They have to be the most crooked people throughout this whole process. I filled up the rental at the gas station literally in the same parking lot as Caliber. I got a call a week later I was being charged $56 to fill up the tank and would not be receiving my deposit back because the tank was empty. I am out of town however will be addressing this upon my return. I have a feeling someone was doing some joyriding at my expense. Also, they added two days before the reservation was made to my rental charges. Crooks!!! read more

Outstanding...simply outstanding. The minor wreck we were in - so so minor - left everyone ok and safe, with the other car slightly damaged, but resulted in our driving off with severe headlight, hood, and rim damage. I was heartbroken as I LOVE LOVE LOVE my car. My insurance company recommended Caliber when I reported the claim and I am so happy they did. They had a rental car lined up before I got there, did a thorough inspection within 24 hours, kept me informed of their findings, checked in every day with every bit of work that was required, and in the end the repair work on my car was outstanding. It took 9 work days, but I imagine all the steps involved when it comes to solid body work on a car (disassembly, part ordering, painting, rebuilding, and inspection) that 9 days was a pretty awesome turn around. My husband hit a deer coming home from work and it completely tore up my bumper. My insurance immediately suggested Caliber Collision. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and helpful they got us scheduled right away. When we went in for our appointment the service advisor was great. Told us we didn't have anything to worry about. He called us very other day to keep us informed on what was going on so we never even worried. Excellent work, fair price, pleasant and professional staff from front desk to estimator to manager. I had a tailgate repaired and painted, it looked like new, perfect paint match, quick turnaround, they kept me updated on the project and called to say when it was ready, all on a non insurance private pay job. I also had an 2004 Lincoln LS repaired a couple of years ago, they went to great lengths to source OE parts/door (which are out of production). My service go to person with Chris. He was awesome. Kept me up today. Took my phone calls. He even called me on his day off to answer question regarding my rental through the other persons insurance. From the girls and I am so sorry the only name I remember is Ashley's. They were awesome. They helped calm you down because most people do not deal Day. My car came out cleaner than what it went into. They went above and beyond and I will hopefully not need them in the near future, but I will definitely use them when I need them. read more
