On the phone call when I made my appointment I was asked if I wanted to bring it in for an estimate or the repairs. I said repairs because my insurance company sent me there. I took the day off and brought my truck in. Later on the day I saw that it was 4:30. I called and said "you close in half an hour and I just want to make sure my truck is done." They said that they are just doing an estimate and that takes 24 to 48 hours. I already missed a day at work. Now I'm missing another. I also have a $500.00 deductible so now my money is flowing out of my pocket. Today they are supposed to contact me. I got a call and they stated all the work that would be done and the price. It sounded like they were really going to fix my truck up nicely. For some reason I was under the impression that the day of my appointment I'd bring it in and they'd fix it in a few hours. I don't know why I thought that. I was wrong. The work they do takes time because they do it right. I was informed that my truck would be ready next Thursday. They needed to order parts. The receptionists and estimator were great and very easy to work with. The repairs were done pretty quickly. I was rear ended and there was more damage than originally thought. So far, my car looks great. They even washed the outside of my car before I picked it up, but the inside was ridiculously dirty. There was dust everywhere throughout the inside of my car. Not only that, but there were also food crumbs and the drivers seat even had like some gum or something sticky on it. My seats are originally white, but when I got my car back, they were so dirty, even the white stitching on it isn't even white anymore. My repair, which was quoted to take 1 week, took over 2 because one of the workers dropped my new bumper when it came in, and broke my gear shifter button. In the process of all of this, they left the car in accessories mode and ran my battery down and wouldn't reimburse me for a new one, and I had to miss 2 hours of work to get my car jumped and get a new one put in. All of this added up cost me $140 for the battery plus $100 in time off work. And because of the length of time the repairs took, I had to pay more money than I should have for my rental car. The actual body work done was good, but the entire experience was sub-par. I would give them 5 stars if they would've just reimbursed me for my battery instead of brushing me off about it. read more

I called caliber collision to ask if they could help me open my Hood on my BMW it would not open and it needed fluids added, Jessica was very kind over the phone and told me to bring it down I did that day and she was kind in person also. She had the Technician Jeyson take a look at it he said he could open it and the next day when I had a 9 am appointment Jeyson opened the hood and rerouted the cable that was broken so I could access it until I can get it repaired. I took my car here for an estimate, AAA contracts this specific Caliber Collision shop for estimates and repairs.I personally witnessed the representative Luis take multiple pictures of my car during a walk around and very specifically the Manufactures Specifications Tag on the door jamb. I even asked him "why are your taking a pic of the door tag"? He replied this tag has all the important vehicle information that is needed for repairs such as the paint color code. It is day 45 and I am being held hostage because when i took my car to a Caliber Collision closer to my office to simplify this repair but my shop informed me the estimate was in error it actually omitted that my cars color was a three stage pearl and not (straight plain white). My car is a Pearl White not plain White this error is actually $125 dollars less than what is needed to get my car fixed so the folks at the shop near me tried several times to get the estimate corrected. The AAA agent told my shop only the approved contracted shop can correct the estimate and add the paint adjustment. This shop is incompetent at doing a very simply estimate and lets please take into consideration the estimator Luis took the picture of the door jamb that has all the vehicles information needed for the correct paint color code. Be very afraid to come to this location and it's incompetent estimators!! read more

This shop is the worst and I hope nobody goes thru what happens to me here. They took my car on dec 7th really nice people yes of course to get the business after that unethical, unprofessional, worst customer service. After they took my car guy call Jessie said he was gonna get in contact with me 15 days after not even a single call, when I call them they haven't even start working on my car nothing but lies, he said car was gonna be ready on January 6th but it was ready until the 14th. They charge $7000 to the insurance an the job they did on my car was thrash, stuff pending, roof leaking, they didn't fix what they suppose to and they continue with lies an lies saying they were gonna fix it they just need more time. 40 days to fix a simple theft, I end up paying $800 on rental do to this people an end up with a trash job for $7000. read more

I went to get the rear bumper and back light fixed. Painting from another car they painted went on the rest of my car and they did not do a great job trying to fix it. Only did a cleaning, but parts of my car still have stains. They don't keep their word. They tried to cover up their mistake and act like my car had previously had a bad paint job, which is not true. The trim mounding on a car I had recently purchased was not attached properly. I sent Caliber Collision some pictures. Based on these pictures I received an estimate. I agreed to move forward and had Caliber order the parts. When Caliber repaired my car, they were able to properly reattach the mounding without using all the parts which had been ordered. They sent the unused parts back and gave me a refund. The scheduling was easy, the repair was made within the time frame estimated and the cost of the repair was roughly 50% below the quoted estimate. I paid extra for another issue with my car out of the pocket. They had my car for less than a month. I was able to see the progress of my car. I would text updates on my car, which I was not expecting it. That was pretty cool. I'm so happy to report that my car looks brand spanking new. I just got it back on Friday. I am very upset because the way I was treated with total disregard and disdain after it was decided that I would no longer do business with this branch(as a customer). I no longer felt valued or welcome inside the branch at all. Luis, the representative helping me with my claim knew that I was pressed for time and trying to meet the deadline to get my car to another shop so that I would not be charged any more rental fees. At 4:00pm I received an email from a different collision shop saying they haven't received the total car with the parts that was taken apart at Caliber Collision. Luis, was intentionally not being honest with me and left me on hold for several crucial minutes in regards to my car. He told me that he tried to contact in regards to the unattached parts but no answer also he said he left a voice message that I haven't received to date. The reason for my urgency is I needed to get my car to the next shop before COB in order not to be charged for the long weekend's rental by the insurance company. I had to race across town twice to get my parts that should have been with the car when towed from the beginning to make sure the total car was received- correctly. This was a horrible experience for me from the moment I walked in the shop until I left with my own car parts in car. I will be filing a BBB report. read more
