This was my mat in my back floorboard, and this is what happened when I pulled it out after they told me they detailed my car
    Nic P.

The only reason I brought my BMW to caliber is bc the person who rear-ended me, his insurance referred me here. I've had a BMW worked on before at a caliber in AZ and they did a terrible job too. Anyway, I needed to get my car fixed and it was minor so I thought it would be OK. I was SO wrong. I dropped my car off and was met by Marquise who was nice. He acted polite and professional, they all are actually, until you have a problem, Then it's gaslighting. I wanted to have my whole bumper replaced even w the minimal damage bc it was plastic and I didn't want to repair it. And being rear ended devalued my car. I wanted new. Marquis called me and told me that the full bumper would be replaced. A week later he calls me and says they're just repairing it. I was tired of talking to insurance and them so whatever. It was a $700 job and took almost 3 weeks. The day my car was due Beryl hit so I didn't call about it and I didn't hear from them bc I thought their electricity was out. I get a call a few days later. They said I wasn't answering my texts and I said I accidentally stopped them. I told them they had my cell and they said I only wanted texts. They tried showing me it said I requested that and it just said my 'preferred' method of contact was texts. I got several phone messages from them so they had used calling, but whatever. Super unprofessional. I got my car and was excited so I thanked them, took my keys, and drove off bc it was about to rain. I started driving and it smelled like a swamp, like mildew. I got out to find where the smell was coming from. I picked up the floor mat in the back and when I say water poured off of it, I'm not exaggerating. My floorboard was flooded. Marquis told me that he detailed my car, but he didn't even touch it bc if he had he would've seen all of the water. Why would you just lie to my face? The body shop tried to blame it on me and worn seals around my window. My seals were perfectly fine, they just have a really big problem with accountability. Here's another example of that. I noticed my car had two scratches that weren't there before. I have a black car and people here don't care if they ding it. I'm always looking bc it's always getting hit. I would've noticed the scratches. Marquis said there's no way they put those scratches there because they had been painted over with touchup paint. He told me, the person working at a BODY SHOP, that they didn't even have touchup paint. He swears they would never do that. I told him you've already lied to me once, no way I am listening to this again. He said they were already there, but who in the world would hit my car and then use touchup paint on it? People who hit my car just leave the dents and the dings and the scratches. He then tried to send me pictures of my car. I dropped my car off in the rain so my car was covered in raindrops. He then told me that he blew the pictures up and found the scratches and they were there before. I'll save the explanation and just tell you they weren't there. So, I have to call insurance again to get those fixed. As I was leaving to take my car after they finally cleaned it I get in my car and a major warning light is on. it could be a coincidence, but I doubt it. I maintain my car really well, I take good care of it. It might've been dirty from a month-long road trip, but nothing is torn in it nothing is leaking, no warning lights are ever on, I maintain it on schedule. I honestly think they manipulated something to make it come on. I'm not telling them about it, I'm not gonna be gaslit for a third time. Don't come here, you will regret it. I'm in awe they have good reviews. Yikes.

More scratches that were NOT there

I have never in my life took the time to leave a review, but if I can spare another soul from the absolute unnecessary stress and drama that I've endured then by God, grab some popcorn. Here we go. Texas weather is wild. I was driving, and it hailed on me out of nowhere. I got under a bridge and only endured like golfball size hail during this storm... Seems the hail itself was the least of my worries after my experience with this company. 1. It took 2 weeks for repair for what was described to me as "minor" hail damage. This ain't even my big ordeal, but for being there for 2 weeks I also got.... 2. GREASE! Everywhere! Headliner, sides, seats, you name it. I at first felt I could manage and clean it... Nah! It was EVERYWHERE. 3. PAINT! How you gonna give me my new car back with white paint on the PASSENGER HEADREST of the LEATHER SEAT (see attached photo)? How do you not see that? I mean, my senile grandmother would've seen that in the dark. 4. They apparently cannot hold onto their tools. Only explanation I got given the gashes/blemishes in the center console (see attached photos). Car is new - was NOT there. I had to argue for a new replacement console... got it, but don't worry, problems don't stop there! 5. Driver side door. Looks like they put tape on it and didn't take it off, but wait! It ain't tape. Pretty sure it's clear coat overspray, and clearly they were never taught to stay in the lines. It literally looks like my paint is uneven. Of note, my door wasn't even painted LOL. They managed to mess something up that didn't even need fixing. Moral of this little rant: Do NOT go to this location unless you want to pull your hair out. Over. And over. And over. New day, new prob y'all. Overall rating: below 0

The Caliber Team on Silber RD are phenomenal!! From the drop off of my vehicle to the final walkthrough. Darrell was thorough and timely with responding to questions. His expertise and personable service made me comfortable with the whole process. Turnaround time, great customer service, and quality in craftsmanship made me a customer for life!!! "The Black Pearl" (my car's nickname) looks showroom floor ready!!! If you are needing auto body work or repairs in a safe environment (COVID guidelines enforced), Great Service, and quality work go to this location. Ask for Darrell!!

Quality workmanship is something that speaks volumes, but that is missing at Caliber Collision in Cypress. My 2021 Silverado was brought in for scratches along the passenger side, no body work was needed. All that was required was wet sanding, minor respray and clear coat. Fairly rudimentary work for a Nationwide franchise body shop. 1st attempt at picking up my vehicle..... Every panel that was clear coated had pimples and fish eyes. This is evident of bad prep prior to clear coat. The vehicle had missing bolts and components from re assembly, emblems were crooked and placed in the wrong location. Dash Board was damaged and had nothing to do with the repairs. All evidence that quality control is non existent in this shop. I don't think a quality check was ever made at any step in the repair. Having dropped my rental off prior to intitial pickup of the truck. I was forced to pay my deductible to take my vehicle because it was to late to get a rental over the weekend. Thus accepting the poor quality. I then had to get in contact with the Manager (Eric) to schedule the rework on the vehicle. Fast forward to a week later. I pick up my vehicle, and it is still missing a component from re assembly( waiting for this to be ordered), and still has minor defects in the paint. They did got out of the way and have the vehicle detailed. But it still missed a detailed quality inspection Begs the question, how they are Gold Class I-CAR certified facility? Customer Service is evident in the Management (Eric) at this location, but the quality is that of a high-school auto body shop. If you are going to employ under skilled craftsman, at least employ a quality inspector. Don't rely on service advisers/claims adjustors to inspect. In closing: I would be vary cautious bringing a vehicle here, as quantity of vehicles repaired overrides quality of repairs.
