The service was great. Eddie greeted me when I entered with a smile. I appreciated his professionalism. Eddie offered me a drink of water while I waited for Tony to Complete the estimate. The repair was to my satisfaction. Tony reached out to Geico to resolve an issue I had with the deductible amount for the hit and run claim on my Convertible Mercedes. FYI, if you file a police report when you have a hit and run, the deductible is $250. You can file the hit and run online. I believe Tony is working on building a team. Forget the negative reviews and check them out for yourself. I do t micromanage people who do work for me because I don't want to rush them. I want it done right. Be patient. They have other cars ahead of you. They will call you and update you when it's necessary. I was late picking up my car on a Saturday, and Eddie, and Tony both waited patiently for me. Tony and I talked after I arrived for about 30 minutes. It was a Holiday weekend, and Tony was going out of town the next day. I had my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek repaired at Caliber Collision following an unfortunate rear end collision by another driver. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of the entire Caliber team. Ty was the first person I interacted with. She called me immediately after the adjuster sent the estimate to schedule my car for repairs. She was so pleasant on the phone and very thorough in her explanation of the process. She arranged for a rental car to pick me up from the shop. No hassles at all. Once my car was in the shop the Caliber team kept me updated on the repairs through text messages and phone calls. I don't want to get in another fender bender, but if I did, I would only take my car to this shop. This was my Liberty Mutual preferred contractor and, aside from the slight inconvenience of its location( back-of-Hyattsville-beyond), everything was fantastic from the moment I brought my car in (in pretty ugly shape), to the moment I left yesterday (with it all brand spanking new again). The work was extensive, and it took a while, but as I look at the car now and as I drive it now, I can't tell anything ever happened. All the while the work was being done, my rep, Yosh, proactively kept me informed. He was unfailingly knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Everyone else I had contact with there was excellent too. It's smoothly run, tight operation, and so far their work on my car looks and feels amazing. We are very happy and extremely satisfied with the work, detail and the care that was put into getting our truck repaired and back to us within a timely fashion using the Auto Repair Xpress service. I was concerned about our signage on the side of the truck but the repair tech took the time to use a heat gum to remove and to store it safely until the repair was done and put it back on the door of the truck. Tony kept us informed as to the status of the repair on our truck. This is the 3rd time I've had to use them twice last year for my car because of reckless drivers and once on my truck. I dropped my truck off on 03/16/26 at Caliber for repairs. my agent was jhon Boada Vargas. he was proffesional, curteous and easy to talk with. He explained what needed to be done regarding the repairs estimated time line for repairsand stated he would keep me informed by text messages which he did. My truck was reacy in a week and when i saw it i was pleased. the work was great and my truck looked like it was in a showroom, cleaned in side and out i felt like i was getting ina new vehicle i mean totoally clean inside and out. i totally reccoment Caliber for any repairs as i've had my vehicles repaired at other shops but never this good especially inside as wellas outside. I received excellent services from beginning to end at Caliber Collision in Hyattsville, MD. I spoke to representative Albert Quarshie last week Wednesday and he got the ball rolling, fast. My car was towed and on its way to the shop in just a few hours, it was amazing. I received updates on my cars progress and never had to reach out to them once. I picked up my car today and lets just say it is way cleaner than when it was picked up. I really didn't expect that, it was wash and vacuumed. I am a Wounded Warrior, so sometimes my memory is not so great. Mr. Cotton is the guy that granted me quality service with Over the Top Customer Service. I was amazed by the overall experience. I had forgot my registration for the Buggy. He allowed me to go back home and get it without rescheduling another appointment. The office was clean and the CDC social distancing policy was active. The glass roof on my brand new car was pierced by a tree limb during high winds. Caliber is Ford-certified and did outstanding work obtaining and replacing the roof, support structure and interior headliner/related parts. The work was completed a week ahead of schedule (delayed due to supply chain issues). As good as new (which it still is) and spotless. Best of all was Service Advisor Tony Cotton. He was outstanding and kept me regularly informed. I can't recommend the Hyattsville location and Tony highly enough - but Yelp says I gotta stop at 5 stars. read more

Tony and the team were very kind and reassuring, letting me know that my car was in good hands and they would get it back to me as soon as possible. Very helpful and friendly staff. The process of repairing my car was seamless. They stayed in communication with me throughout. It was completed by the time quoted. They had a Covid healthcare worker promotion allowing for deductible reimbursement for those on the front lines. After some attempts for my company/title to qualify, my work at a nursing home was eventually qualified and I received my reimbursement. They couldn't have been nicer, did our bodywork quickly, and got us in and out efficiently on the drop off and the pick up. The staff was super pleasant and the repair looks great.
