I was treated with courtesy and professionalism which is not usually the norm as most auto places treat women like you're some kind of idiot. I went back to them again just yesterday because the dealer told me they couldn't install the part I bought for over 4 wks. First of all I would of given a 0 rating. I want to say the service was very Poor by the Manager in Caliber. I had an appointment for my car to get an estimate. I was told by the manager (rudely) he was not going to do my estimate anytime soon and it would take a week or over a week just to be seen. He said he didn't have time to see my car. My car was just going in for minor scratches. I wasted my time, and gas just to be rejected coldly. Would I recommend any service at Caliber? Hell No!! I was recommended this facility by my insurance after a hit and run accident. I honestly don't even know where to begin. So I took my car the morning after my accident. Jason took my vehicle in and was really nice. He made the drop off process easy. I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs. Jason contacted me and informed me that my car would be ready a few days early. I went to pick it up towards the end of their work day, so they seemed to be in a rush for me to take it home. They parked my car in the shade and did not go over anything except that my new trim panel would take some time to come in and I could come back to get it replaced when it did. I was okay with that. What I was not okay with is the paint job they allowed me to go home with. Once I got home and parked my car facing sunlight, I saw the terrible job they did on the side that was damaged in the accident. It looked like an orange peel. There was also slight bubbling in some areas. I was upset and informed them that I would like it to be fixed. Jason was my point of contact and stated it would be fixed when the trim panel came in. Over the next few days, I also realized that my window on the door that was replaced was not opening or closing properly. I could hear noises outside of my car and feel a draft. It honestly felt at that point they just threw a new door on my car and called it a day. They charged my insurance a lot of money for parts and labor, so of course I was even more upset. Once I brought my vehicle back, I spoke to the manager. He did not apologize for any of the horrible work that was done to my car and had an excuse for every complaint. He simply stated he would try to fix everything by the end of the day. I picked my car up the following morning and everything was fixed, but then I noticed a slight dent in the same door. The manager claimed he would send a dent specialist to my home to fix it. I have not heard from the facility since then. It is unfathomable that anyone would allow that type of work out of their facility. Especially for what they charged. They also left the exterior and interior of my car a complete mess. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Then to not even apologize for it, I will never bring my car here ever again. Please find another place if possible! read more

Then Toyota used caliber collision to fix the bubble, instead of fixing my paint problem they did horrible work. He was constantly keeping me updated, super kind and when I was unable to come to the store to pick up my car cause of bad luck and bad timing, he offered to bring my car to my house and return the rental car we had. I don't know if that's customary for body shops to do that, but Jonathon and his manager managed to do it for me and it was so helpful. I brought my car here because of a recommendation through my insurance. I will definitely never come back or refer anybody here. The customer service provided by Carlos was horrible! The communication was horrible, then he calls and said my car is ready. When I arrive both taillights are still cracked and broken. His response was "your insurance asked for used parts". So why would he think I was going to take my car with BROKEN lights after they just charged 6k for repairs! A week later it was finally completed and Carlos again was so rude! He just wanted me to hurry up and pay my deductible and leave. When I asked for my keys with the receipt in my hand he still walked away from me to go ask "did he pay?" We've had work done by this caliber collision twice and this last time we got our truck worked on was just an absolute disappointment. Rene tried his best to keep me happy but it just wasn't working, the time frame they told wasn't correct, we went down on July 3rd to pick it up just like they had told me and guess what?? The truck wasn't ready. When we did get our truck back it was nothing but a disappointment my truck was missing panel clips, dirty interior, scratched interior where my radio is, and also a big hole in my tonneau cover. I understand things happen but if your charging my insurance full price which was $6000.00 I expect nothing but the best and if you need extra time ok, but communication was just god awful and why would you release the truck damaged to my wife knowing she's not a car person. I saw the truck and immediately called them back. They sent me a check of $700 for my damaged cover and that was it nothing else. What pissed me off the most is why would you release my truck to my wife knowing she won't completely know what to look for to see if the truck was worked on correctly. I recently purchased a 2022 Toyota Camry that is having some paint concerns. I've been back and forth with Toyota regarding these issues. After sitting at the dealership for several hours I made a suggestion of color sanding the areas of concern. Clearly I'm no expert in paint, but I do have some common knowledge. Toyota stated that they had a detailer look at it, and they stated that they tried to colorsand it, and that it did not work (they never touched my car. It came back with the light layer of dust it went in with). They want to send my brand new car to their bodyshop for paint!!! I'm totally against this decision because my car is brand spanking new and should NOT need a new paint job at a month old. So I called Mike at Caliber Collision to get a second opinion. With no hesitation, Mike performed a test spot on one of the areas of concern... and guess what??? It corrected the pait issues!!! It completely smoothed the area out and looked good as new. This is not the first time I've had a great experience at Calliber. I highly recommend them. Ask for Mike. He is the manager. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and all about customer service.
