First off my car had some minor damage from what I could see visually however they Kept me informed and in the loop the entire time the work seems fine as of now . Some parts "non important" were backordered which I didn't like. Also the gentleman told me they were cleaning the car up before I came in not sure what that really meant my car was so dirty on the outside I had to take it 2 times around to the carwash. Also I wish my step board was replaced instead of reused seemed like that could be a cheap fix to take it over the top since we replaced the actual bumper. However they did a great job and kept me informed the whole time even when they were closed for business, which I truly appreciate it. I am definitely use them again in the future. read more

Great customer service and workmanship. My practically brand new Subaru was hit while parked in front of my house. I called Subaru for repair but they farm out their work. The company they use had horrible reviews. I finally had to call my insurance company, USAA, cuz the driver who hit me had horrible insurance (after 3 months they were still investigating ????) and USAA recommended Caliber Collision. I have bad experience with this body shop I took my daughter car to get estimates as her insurance required the original estimate 6 thousand /then they dis assembled and add more it become 9 thousand the car balance 7 thousand .to cut short they charge me when they took it apart and when I get my car back to took it to diff body shop lots of my part missing I came back many time and each time they give me what I need for my auto body part until now I'm still dealing with them cuz lots of missing part very bad body shop read more

I was involved in a minor accident and picked this business entity to give me an estimate. Although I did not mention if insurance was involved, they treated me very well. From Amber at the front desk to Luis, the estimator, nothing but quick, efficient and friendly service. Everything explained and the preliminary estimate was emailed to me. I spoke with the insurance company and they spoke with Caliber. Because of all the new cars fiberglass composition, the repair took a few days. My car was returned repaired and cleaned. DON'T TRUST GOOGLE RATING! The catalytic converter was stolen off my car over the holidays (2019). The car was originally taken to this body shop, but moved to another Caliber location when they couldn't do the estimate. Service: 1 stars No service was ever performed, and that is a big part of the problem. Staff: 1 stars I originally wanted to give the staff a good rating. The first person to answer my call told me that my estimate would need to be performed at a "non-drive facility", and that it would be done the next day. Well... two days later, my car was still not moved, no estimate was performed, and I'm losing my patience. The manager finally contacted me and told me the tow for my car had not yet been "approved" by me. I have no idea what he was on about, but I gave them permission on day one to tow my car to the off-site facility. In addition, they didn't explain to me that the off-site facility my car was being towed to was a different Caliber Collision Center with staff and policies that were unrelated to this facility. So, I had to start the waiting process all over again! Horrible communication! Reasons behind my rating: Extremely poor communication. Unable to keep promises made. Would I make a return visit? No. Never. Would I recommend to others? No. Stay away from here! Side note: Why are the Google ratings for this place so high?! Are Yelp reviews being deleted? That's very shady! read more

I am insured threw progressive and let me tell you I was able to leave my car for repairs the same day when I was initially scheduled for a different day but sweet (Amber) Front receptionist was able to get my car In for the fixes.
