We have used Caliber Collision many time for repairs to our cars. The last time a few years ago I got in a car accident that almost totaled my car. They were so friendly and helpful when I went in to go over what they needed to do, it was towed in. I got to use a rental car which was great, insurance took care of that. When my car was repaired you could not tell it was in an accident. My car is a Lexus, what I like is they only use your vehicle's brand, no after market parts. My vehicle was vandalized and required extensive repair due to bricks being thrown to break the windows causing damage to the window frame and door panel. Took it to Caliber and the experience started out good initially, however that quickly changed. Due to a national back order I was told that I would have to pick up my vehicle since the pending repair was cosmetic and it could be several weeks or even months before the part would come in. I was told by the staff that I had to pick up my vehicle and had no other option. After contacting my insurance they authorized me to leave my vehicle at Caliber for a little longer. Miraculously, the part came in the following week. My car was returned to me dirty and with glass pieces in the rear of my vehicle. I also found a piece of the lane detector, uninstalled and on the floor. I discovered a few weeks later that the liner was ripped in the rear of my vehicle. I contacted Caliber, was told it had to be approved my management, and I would hear back the following day. No response was received, I then contacted again and was told , oh yeah it was approved for ordering, and he would contact once the liner was received. Waited several weeks, no response again, contacted Caliber again, and was told the employee I had been speaking to was no longer employed there. I said, that would of been nice to know. I also let this second employee know that my driver's door paint is bubbling and was cracking. The next employee stated he would pull my file and call me that afternoon, still no reply. This is horrible customer service, my vehicle cost a little under $10,000 in repairs and still is not 100% fixed. I definitely do not recommend using this company. read more

Best service and price ! I hit my car on my work building lol by accident and I didn't want to claim insurance so I wanted to pay out of pocket , I went to a few places and they were trying to charge me very high price and cheap price but the place looked dodgy place ! Anyways long story short I got my car fixed here and painted and looks brand new like when I just bought it ! So far so good it's been a month paints still mint and I have life time warranty for the paint ! Amazing customer service! My consultant was Adrian, and he was awesome! They worked around myself schedule, and because I was moving out of state they were able to get the job done a lot sooner than originally scheduled (the estimated to finish in 8 days, but finished three days early). I loved that they even left a little bit of paint just in case, and even guarantees a lifetime warranty! The only complaint is that inside my car has a ton of white dust/powder.. You can easily tell someone rummaged in my vehicle.. Would have been nice if there was a wipe down, someone also left an unfinished can of Coke (I know that because I don't drink soda). Other than that, I had the best service! I didn't have a rental, so they were able to drop me off at home, and even picked me up the day it was ready! read more

I agree with the other reviewers. Since the second I walked through the door and throughout the entire repair process, both Kenny and Erica were very nice and professional. Kenny kept me updated as the repairs progressed and if I had any questions or requests, he took care of it with a smile. This kind of professional service is very difficult to come by these days. Though I had a lot of questions and concerns, Kenny never once dismissed them or forgot them. He followed up on everything. One day he even had his staff come by and pick up the car while I was at work and dropped it off afterwards. That's how far his service went! As for the repairs on the front and back bumpers I am very pleased with the work and the car looks like it did before the accident. I can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you Kenny and Erica! The end result of a bad situation was that our less than one year old Toyota Avalon was returned to us after a rear end hit and run with excellent work. It took just over a month, but very high quality work. Our only complaint is that an expensive pair of sunglasses we left in the car went missing and some dirty fingerprints were left in the interior. The car had to be sent to the Toyota dealer for some of the work, so I can't say for sure it was Caliber's fault. So... even though you're stressed about an accident, don't leave personal belongings in your car when you get it worked on in San Bernardino. read more

First timer here, brought our truck in. We got hit while it "was parked" so the insurance brought it here. Staff is very nice and very attentive. Office is clean. If you have a lifted truck they may or may not be able to work on it. Our truck has a food sized lift on it and they didn't have the tools to wok on it so we have to take it elsewhere. Bummer cus we wanted to get the process started on our truck. Something the insurance should've looked into prior to having it towed. Location is boon-dock ghetto ass San B. But they got 4 stars for not being equipped with the tools for lifted vehicles. Maybe someday read more

After having a car accident, my insurance company wanted me to have my car fixed this place. They were so nice and kind but I went there couple more times to have problem be fixed. First time I remember it was engine mount. It was broken but they did not notice while repairing it and I brought my car one or two more times for more problem from the car accident. I understand they couldn't figure out what the problems are at first service. However, the reason I'm giving one star to them is the messed up my car's history. Every time I went to them, they opened new insurance claim so when I sold my car, it had three car accident records. I was enlisted for military so I couldn't help but selling my car at around $13k three years after purchasing $35k car. read more
