LOCATION: 3 Stars I brought my car here for repairs with over $10,000 in damage from an accident to the rear (primary impact) and to the front. The whole process took about a month, however when I went to pick it up I noticed the alignment of one of the panels was off and there was a small dent in a panel that wasn't there before the accident (apparently caused by the body shop). Because of this I had to leave it there longer than intended to have it re-fixed. When I went to pick it up the second time, I noticed a clip was missing from a front panel which I noticed immediately, and also noticed when moving the seat back it was making a noise as if the seat motor was broken. Maybe not something the body shop would have caught but the attention to detail is clearly missing here. If you were rear-ended in an accident that you think they would check the front seat is OK as well. So I had to leave it there for a third time to have it fixed (now approaching two months with repairs). They do an OK job on the repairs but not GREAT. But I guess that's what you get at a accident repair factory like this one. SERVICE: 5 Stars April was SO helpful and a lifesaver throughout the whole process. In mid-october, I got into an accident and had my car towed to Caliber on Lincoln. I had the pleasure to work with Richard during the process. He was very kind the entire time and was great about keeping me in the loop. He would check in with me when I asked and when I got the car, wow! It looks and drives perfect with no weird noises at all. They even fully detailed my car inside and out. Definitely would recommend this particular location and Richard as an advisor. 0 stars if I could. In a minor accident in January. Took car in to get repaired. Paint didn't match, hood misaligned, bolts missing, masking tape left on paint splatter all in all a bad job. Took it back. Paint better but not a good match still, they lost my antenna topper, and everything else was "fixed". Now today one of the parts with missing bolts was dragging along the bottom of my car. I have it looked at and they'd attached it with zipties!!!!! Really not impressed at all. read more

I would never go to this place again. As soon as I walked in they looked at me strangely, as if they didn't want me there. I'm a black female and was coming there to get a quick estimate on some damage done to my bumper, which were just scrapes no dents. I was quickly turned around and advised to make an appointment, rudely. I wasn't greeted nor treated as a customer should be treated. It was just a feel of get out of here please so I would never go there again I do not have anyone that is black to go there it was predominantly white and Hispanic the Hispanics were nice it was a white men that were there that looked at me strangely like they didn't want me there it's so sad that in 2017 racism still exists read more

I brought my car in to get my front bumper replaced and couldn't be happier! I had AAA, my insurance company refer me here. Albert and Ashley were super helpful and warm! I probably sent them 50 emails rescheduling my appointment and asking questions, and they were super patient with me. They have a little waiting area with a mini fridge stocked with water and soda. And most importantly, the job was done so well it made me forget about the accident. 3-4 years ago, I had my rear bumper replaced from another accident at a different body shop. I wish I would have brought my car in here then too! Because the rear bumper job was not done perfectly. But at caliber they did a flawless job and I highly recommend it! read more

I was in a accident and drop off my car for repair one morning before heading in to the office. Everyone there was so nice and pleasant. They had complementary water, tea and coffee for customers to enjoy while they wait. Daniel Perez was my point of contact and was simply amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way. Very personable, which is kind of a rarity in a repair shop. They finished my car 15 days ahead of schedule and Daniel waiting past closing time so that I could pick up my car after work on a Friday instead of having to wait until Monday morning. I would give 10 stars if I could !!! First of all, USAA has had me get all my car's body work done here and it's professional and amazing customer service. However, on this time, I chose not to go through insurance after running into a red concrete pole in a parking lot. I dropped off and Luis said he would do everything he could to keep costs below my $700 Prius bumper replacement .... he was able to push the bumper back and polish the red marks and didn't end up even charging me. It was not at all expected but a huge blessing as this type of service is hard to beat. Go here before anywhere...ask for Luis. You got your crew there to help! read more

Awful experience from start to finish. Phone calls never returned. Completion dates never met. When I did finally pick up the car after they told me it was ready I was required to wait 30 minutes in reception for no reason, when they brought the car up and said it was good to go some worker came running out with a piece of underside of car they had forgot to reinstall, they left parts of the car in the cup holder because they couldn't figure out where they came from (great) and the car now drives funny (not sure it it's my imagination but if front tire suddenly falls off I'll know who to thank). Other locations of this chain may be better but this one sure set the bar as low as you can get. Avoid this place if possible. read more

Incompetent location. I recently had a claim that I was bringing to a Caliber Collision shop. It was with a large insurance carrier. I did not have a claim number yet, but I told them the insurance company I was going to go with. The Colorado location said they were busy that day and I should go to their Lincoln location. I said okay and drove over to their location on Lincoln (this location). I let this location know my insurance carrier and that I needed an estimate. They filled out the estimate. Shortly after I received my claim number from the insurance carrier. I called my insurance company and they said they need the estimate submitted electronically from the location I receive the estimate. I called this location and the guy said his location does not do work for this carrier, the location on Colorado does. Which means they knowingly sent me to another location where the quote would not be valid. This location also filled out a quote knowing my insurance company. Which means the quote I received was not valid. Now they are saying that I should of come into the Colorado location. This wasted a good part of my day and since I am limited on time, the value lost was greater than an additional trip out. I still need to get my car fixed, however it will not be at this location. . . Ever. read more

Would love to give 0 stars based on the quote I originally got compared to how long it actually took for a repair. Dropped off on a Tuesday, it took TWO WEEKS JUST TO GET A CALL to tell me the status of the repair just to find out it would be yet another week to tell me how the repair is going. Can't take their estimates seriously after receiving 3 highly inaccurate estimates of completion. First was 6 business days, at the end it took 20 business days. I highly encourage anyone and EVERYONE to find a better shop and don't SETTLE for this poor excuse of a garage. I'm deeply regretting coming here in the first place. P.S. already gave up. the person who i left a message for is too lazy to return calls i was advised by my insurance this was who they use . at this point if they can't return a call within two days can i trust them ? i would say not if they can't even pick up the damn phone to return my call and when i call again the front desk wants me to leave a message ? what's the point. we already have concluded he cannot return calls in a timely fashion who shows no customer concern or care . my claim is open with them and they have the details. i have had more luck with the other parties collision place of choice then my insurance companies lackluster response what a joke read more

My insurance company recommended. i jumped at the chance bc it was a few blocks from my house. i took my car there after a front end collision. Moderate damage. The "service advisor" Richard Ponce was helpful when i dropped my car off. Afterwards he disappeared- zero communication. I had to constantly call for an update-lots of excuses.... Today (Friday) i called 5 times- no call back. I'm the one who has constantly been calling for an update throughout this process. My car was supposed to be ready today-Friday! It's Not! Apparently they are closed over the weekend, so now I have to wait until Monday. They have had my car for 2 weeks! i have no idea when or what condition it will be in when i pick it up. Very poor communication, lots of excuses... I will not take my car there again. Very poor customer service. i will inform my insurance company as well. NOT happy at all with this company. read more

Insurance paid for this, a woman backed into my car and dented the bumper. After an assessment they said they would replace it rather than fix the dents, which was great. Parts didn't come and my vehicle was ready 4 days later than they had promised. But they paid for the additional rental car days and returned my vehicle to where I live so I wouldn't have to be bothered. read more

I am blown away! Everyone dreads going to an auto body shop because it's both a hassle and a big financial dig. After avoiding getting my bumper repaired (a hit and run, and I didn't want my insurance to take a hit) I finally called them around 11am on a Friday and they were able to fit me in for an estimate at 1pm the same day. After looking at my car, the service advisor (Richard) told me that if I went to the Toyota dealer down the street and bought the part, he could fix it that afternoon. (They would have had to order it otherwise and it would have been a much longer process). I complied, and he fixed my bumper within the hour. AND he buffed out the scratches as an added free bonus. I took several of his business cards, and you bet your buttons I'll be recommending this place to everyone I know!!! If I could give them ten stars I would :) read more

After my first car accident left my Corolla's front bumper looking pretty sad, my insurance company recommended I check out Caliber for my body work. They managed to fit me in early the morning after the accident and took my car that same day. When Enterprise took forever to pick me up, Richard drove me down the street to the office so I didn't have to wait. Even better - my car was finished 2 days before originally planned (which eliminated logistic scrambling when I was trying to go away for 4th of July) and they even detailed it for me!! Not happy with my repairs car was returned to me dirty and the repairs are done really poorly! Paint doesn't even match rest of car!!! Paint is coming off on door and around window they removed. They left scratches on metal trimming around window and made new scratches on driver door!!!! Old parts were left in backseat!!! Will never recommend this place and will never return!!!! I also complained to my insurance so they don't get paid on claim!!! read more
