Amazing customer service! My car was hit by debris on the 710 freeway in late January 2021. On the day of the incident, I didn't realize the extent of the damage since it was late in the evening. The next morning, I realized the car had several dings and scratches on the passenger side of the car. My insurance recommended this place and I double-checked their reviews just to be sure. I decided to give this place a try after my minor car accident. In the beginning, I felt that the associates could have been more communicative regarding the time frame from my particular vehicle. I had to call over and over again the first couple of weeks to receive any information which is unacceptable in my opinion. When I met with Alex about my vehicle, he wasn't the friendliest and was a bit dismissive. Please remember It's not clientsclient's fault if you are overworked or super busy. Do better with communication FROM THE VERY BEGINNING of process. They ended up fixing my vehicle and the repairs were done well. This place is AAA certified but I wouldn't take it back if I had a choice. read more

I have had my car worked on a couple times at this location, and did not have a problem. However, I was in an accident a year ago and they fixed it. Recently, the bumper began to separate from the car. I took it in because of their warranty, and thought they could just fix the clip that seems to be broken. Come to find out they skipped screwing in a whole bolt, and bc I have a shopping car ding they will not uphold their warranty. The guy (who was nice despite my being extremely annoyed) let me know that even a shopping car can harm their bumpers because they are fragile. read more

April 2022. I get rear ended by an uninsured motorist on the freeway. Dropped my car off at Caliber thinking I'd get it back in a month or 2. Did not expect that parts would be backordered/unavailable. Fast forward 7 months (11/2022). Car is sitting at the yard and I go in to meet with Fernando E, the manager. Fernando patiently explained what was going on and why my car repair was so delayed with no end in sight. Car got broken into, so I went through my insurance, which recommended this place. I went in for an estimate waited about a week before I was told to bring it in for the actual repairs to be done. After 1 week of being in the shop, i get an update stating there is a delay because they receive the wrong glass. 2 weeks later, my car is finished and ready to pick up , so I go pick it up to find my window replaced but not tinted to match the others( clear glass). So now 1 of my windows isn't tinted. So I asked the guy why my window doesn't match the others, and he says, "we aren't allowed to do that." I found it to be weird because I know the other location would have had it tinted for me. However, I'm still not satisfied. It's more of an inconvenience for me cause now. I have to go to the tint place, have them take off all the tint and redo all of them. They won't tint just the 1 window. They have to do all of them. So much for caliber saying of " Get back to the rhythm of your life." REALLY, it's more of inconvenience. Great job, caliber Signal Hill. You clearly don't adhere to your own slogan. read more

What a good experience! We dropped off Mitsubishi Endeavor on Monday morning for some fender-bender work. One panel had to be replaced...meaning a part had to be ordered, painted and installed. Friday evening Angel called advising our SUV was ready for pick-up. It was too late in the day for us to get there by closing. Angel had us come in on Saturday. Wait, they are closed on Saturday.
