The only reason I give my experience 5 Stars is because I can't give any more than that. 10 stars would be more appropriate though. The words I would use to describe my experience would include words like 'seamless' 'painless' 'friendly' 'professional'. Even the environment of the office would rate over 5 stars. Dropping off my car for repairs, getting my rental and then picking up my car and dropping off the rental all expedited seamlessly with this company working with my car rental. I cannot think of a single negative issue. No, I do NOT have any affiliation with Caliber Collision - they just did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to let others know. And oh, did I mention 'timeliness' - they gave me a pretty decent estimate of how long it would take to drop off my car and get my rental, then came in at about 15 minutes under that. Just finished having a fantastic repair experience at Caliber Collision. Had damage to the left side of my 2017 Camry from a car crossing into my lane. After arriving for my appointment everything happened the way it's supposed to. The counter staff greeted me and the initial paperwork was completed quickly. William Sanchez, my service advisor, was personal, positive, and promised to keep me informed throughout the repair process. His professional approach continued throughout the repair with update calls and a responding to my concerns about getting the repair done right. When I arrived for pick-up there were still some details I wanted taken care of and he quickly found solutions. The work was still completed ahead of schedule. My car was rear ended and my insurance company suggested Caliber as a preferred repair shop. I brought my car in for an initial inspection where I was greeted by the reception staff who were pleasant and helpful. William, who handled my car repair, gave me a very good explanation of the process and the timeline. This location is pretty big and busy, so there was a few days wait to get my car in for the full inspection, but I didn't consider that an inconvenience. There is also an Enterprise car rental rep on site which made the rental car process very convenient. William kept me very up to date on the status of the repair and the projected completion date. The quality of work done to my car was great and a warranty to go along with it made it that much better. *The fresh-popped popcorn in the lobby wasn't too bad either. read more

She is customer service oriented and keeps you informed of the status of your car and is so helpful. Michael Singletary is the best, ever! My brand new GTI (White metallic silver) was hit by a cart in a Home Depot parking lot. A lot of people in my FB group said I should pursue paint-less dent repair rather than a body shop because they wouldn't be able to match the paint exactly and blend it in but I ended up going to Caliber collision and they did a fantastic job. They blended the white metallic silver perfectly. You can't even tell it was hit or ever went to a body shop. My advisor (Mathew M) was awesome. Sent me updates and pictures of the progress and even filled in a bunch of paint/rock chips on the bumper and hood. I'm extremely happy with their work and relieved that my new car looks new again.
