EXCELLENT company! I got 2 quotes, and theirs was a little higher than the other, but they also explained why they needed to do the front panel also to make the paint blend in. It made sense, so we moved ahead. The insurance quote came in lower, and they assured me this was normal, that they would manage it, and that I wouldn't be paying more out of pocket. And they were right! They had to go back to the company 2 times but they got it resolved. AND they gave me my car back, with my sale completed, before they had finished getting final payment/paperwork from the insurance company. Did I mention that the workmanship is fantastic? I have been to Auto body clinic for a repair done about a year ago. Today I came to the shop after having a 1x1 piece of drywall hit the front of my car. The damage was minimal -- there was a hanging license plate holder that detached from the bumper. I stopped by the shop and was told that they could do my a favor and reattach the license place holder at no cost. Getting into an accident sucks, but Bill and Greg had great communication and kept me updated on the progress the whole way through. The car looks like new and I couldn't be happier. During repair, insurance was only opting to provide a used bumper for my repairs, but their team was diligent in making sure that the piece would be perfect and went through 3 bumpers, ultimately getting me a new part for repair as they didn't find one that was fit for installation. So my repairs took almost a month - no complaints here. I just appreciate they went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn't getting cheated. Post repair - I had a reverse light malfunction and called them several days after picking up my car and they kindly told me to come in and took a look at it on the spot. Great service through and through! I have a MINI and they were recommended by my dealership for specializing in MINI, but after a nice chat with them learned that they do a lot of great work with European makes in general. My experience with Auto Body Clinic(ABC) began in July 2015. I was involved in an accident on July 22nd and was told to have my car repaired at ABC. What a mistake! When I arrived to talk with the repairman about my car, I specifically asked when I can expect my car back. The owner stated that it would be a month. It has been over two months now and I STILL don't have my car back and today is September 29, 2015!! The communication has been virtually non-existent. I never received status updates until about two weeks ago. I have endured countless unreturned calls, charges for repairs made to areas that were not damaged (ex. windshield), inflated charges, disrespectful conversations and outright lies. I was told that certain things were completed only to call on a different day and he tell me he is working to complete those same exact things. If you are looking for a place that will not deliver what they promise, then bring it here. It is my opinion that this place is running a scam! I believe they saw that we used USAA insurance for veterans and decided to take advantage of a veteran. I would advise anyone especially active duty, veteran or retired military to stay away from this establishment and not have their car repaired here. You will not be happy and should expect to be without your car for a long time as they obviously overbooked and exaggerated the repair time to get business. Not only did these guys beautifully restore the rear corner of my Xterra, matching the paint PERFECTLY, they also went way above and beyond and when I picked up my car it was one pleasant surprise after another. First, I was thrilled to see that the repair was flawless, they also took it upon themselves to remove the built-up corrosion on my battery AND cleaned everything under the hood. Well, they didn't stop there. These guys also cleaned (actually detailed) the interior as well as exterior of my car, AND DID NOT CHARGE a penny more than what was in the estimate for repair alone!! They also took care of the rental car and sent me on my way, saving me the time & trouble. As if all of this wasn't enough...a day later I'm at the gas station and noticed that my previously broken gas cap had been FIXED!!
