Let me start by saying I never post Yelp reviews, so the fact that I am doing so for Caliber Collision means they really went above and beyond. I got in a car accident 2 weeks before I had my baby (I thankfully was fine but my car was in really bad shape). We went to Caliber because it was the in-network choice for my insurance, but I'm so glad we did. From the front desk personnel to the technicians to the managers, the staff is amazing. While they did fix my car on time, even amidst supply chain issues, I was even more impressed with the personal touches that you don't always see anymore with businesses. When I got in the accident, I had 5 (!) coffees for colleagues on my front seat, which spilled everywhere. Caliber did their best to get it out, but when I got it back I could still smell it a bit. When I called, they happily said they'd send it out to a 3rd party to be detailed (whole package, steam cleaned etc). Not only that, they drove to my house to pick it up and returned it the same day. Finally, weeks later I had to replace the license plates and needed the front one mounted. Again, knowing I have a newborn at home, Ruben (super nice guy) suggested they come pick it up and return it AND they gave my car a complimentary cleaning. Seriously, if you're in need of repair, Caliber Collision is hands down the best place to go. My car is better than ever! read more

Just noticed the trim by the passenger side rear seat on the body of the car was not re-installed correctly, after 2 minutes investigation, I found a screw in the ash tray of the 3rd row, just next to the loose trim component. Obviously the technican tried to install the screw back but failed, then he just LEFT THE SCREW ASIDE!! I'm wonder if they could also leave the screw of the wheel aside if they failed to reinstall it, what a shame!! Now I have to send the car back to the dealer for a fix, AGAIN. read more

I've had my Chrysler 300 for less than a week. Today I pulled too far into a parking spot and snagged the front bumper on the concrete stopper thing. When I backed out I ripped the clips off part of the bumper. I went straight to the shop on Maude next to Mathilda. After I filled out 1 page of paperwork Richard came out to check the damage. He pulled it around back and had a tech put the bumper back on. I was out of there in 30 minutes. No charge. But as Richard explained it isn't a complete fix. It'll be fine for a short time until I can schedule a good time to bring it in. Because Richard isn't a dick (see what I did there?) but a good guy that treated me so well I am definitely taking my car back there. UPDATE: So I scheduled an appointment to take the 300 in. It was about two weeks out because winter is the busy season but I didn't mind because the 300 was drive-able and looked fine. I didn't want to deal with insurance on this one. They gave my car to a technician that does great work fixing plastic such as my front bumper. That's still a pretty rare skill today but he saved me buying a new bumper which is awesome cost wise. I also bought an aftermarket Bentley style grill which I had them install since the bumper was off anyway. The quote they wrote up was good but I was afraid they'd find more damage and have to mark it up. To my amazement the total cost was LESS THAN the initial quote!! My car looks fantastic and I have no doubt that the repair is A+. Huge shout out to these guys. Thank you so much! read more

Okay, look, I'm not going to suggest you go out and get your car all scratched up just to see these guys. Preferably, your car will be in absolute perfect condition forever (though probably sitting in a garage, untouched, unloved). If you DO need to take it somewhere, take it to Caliber. I had the misfortune of having the slowest, least exciting collision ever, which still took a good chunk out of my wheel and dented up the side of the car. The insurance company referred me to Caliber, and I said sure, why not, it's only two towns away. Pulled up to Caliber, walked inside, and I was immediately greeted by their super friendly staff. Chelsea, Matt, Sheldon, and everyone else I talked to were fantastic, taking the time to get to know me, giving me a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, and answering all questions I had. Their comfy sitting room was stocked with drinks and snacks, and Chelsea was great fun to talk to while waiting around for the rental car she ordered for me. I didn't really have to actually DO anything. They took all the stress and frustration out of the experience (which is hard to do, because ya know, someone hit my car). Oh, and the car looked great when they were done with it. So here's the thing. These guys are absolutely amazing. Matt was great with accommodating all my requests.. This place was recommended to me by my insurance, and I went there after I was involved in an accident. First off, dropping off/ pick up was easy! My car needed some body work done along with some parts replaced in the front of the car after the accident. I was amazed how good the car looked after a weeks time when I came back to pick up the car! The replacement parts were all genuine, the body work was flawless. I had to fix my car bumper and door damage via insurance claim. the insurance company recommended I choose Caliber Collision. This is probably our first and only claim in over 20 years so I was definitely not sure about the process so decided to make it simple by going with insurance linked shop. I have to say that overall experience was really good. They kept me informed with text messages (with OptOut option for each msg). The car was ready ahead of time for both repairs - as I had to file two repairs claims for insurance reasons. The manager was super nice and other people I talked to were also responsive within few mins. They also arranged the rental car and returned the rental car for me. Generally quite happy with the work. The work under claim was really good. The additional touch up they did voluntarily was not that great but its ok. Happy with the company. read more
