I made the phone call, contacted my insurance adjuster, and in no time I had an appt with Caliber to have my car repaired. George was the contact person at Caliber who assisted me with my concerns. He quoted that it could take up to ten days before I had my car back. I really didn't want to be in a rental for ten days; I hate rental cars. EXCELLENT service, convenient updates via text, SUPERIOR customer service from George and front staff: friendly, respectful, kind, considerate, and welcoming. They finished earlier than the estimated time and provided a ride to the rental place and they accept the rental drop off there for complete convenience and ease. They communicated with the insurance so I didn't have to do anything after except drop off the car and pick it up once it was done. The front bumper was replaced and they painted and fixed the scratches so it looked as good as new. It only took 3 business days. Caliber Collision was fast, professional and did fabulous work! My car looks great! After being hit by a reckless driver, I was sent to Caliber through my insurance. Not only did Caliber handle my claim quickly, but also worked seamlessly with my insurance to make this process as convenient and painless as possible. The repairs were made in a few days, much faster than other body shops I have worked with in the past. When my car was ready, I wasn't able to pick my car up during normal business hours. George made sure I was accommodated and came in on a Saturday so I could pick up my car before the holiday. I was pleasantly surprised that George had also taken the time to wash the exterior and vacuum the interior complimentary. The receptionist and George were very very helpful and George had a very welcoming personality and was able to make us laugh during these stressful times. I had accidentally left a few personal items in the trunk and all were still there which i appreciated. They even lightly detailed the inside of the car. They took good care of my car after the accident. However, I had to go back and let them know about the "headlight malfunction" message in my dashboard. He ordered the replacement part needed from their supplier of after market parts and had it replaced. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick and the same message was showing in my dashboard. My advisor called my insurance provider and explained the matter to them and he was able to get an approval from them to replace the faulty part with an OEM part instead. I am well aware that my insurance only covers after-market parts, but I appreciate the fact that Robert Black (my advisor) had been patient and tried to make it work and ended up getting me a new OEM part In which I am very happy.
