The location is in a shared parking lot with a car dealer so it's the left building because I went to the wrong one since it had the building #. They have plenty of parking spaces. The rep was helpful and was able to see my car quickly. They took some pictures and gave me a call back when ready to bring in the car after confirming the quote with us and the car insurance. I decided to pay the deductible first so the issue can be solved immediately and wait for the insurance to refund after. They finished earlier than the estimated time and provided a ride to the rental place and they accept the rental drop off there for complete convenience and ease. Not only did Caliber handle my claim quickly, but also worked seamlessly with my insurance to make this process as convenient and painless as possible. They took good care of my car after the accident. However, I had to go back and let them know about the "headlight malfunction" message in my dashboard. He ordered the replacement part needed from their supplier of after market parts and had it replaced. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick and the same message was showing in my dashboard. My advisor called my insurance provider and explained the matter to them and he was able to get an approval from them to replace the faulty part with an OEM part instead. I am well aware that my insurance only covers after-market parts, but I appreciate the fact that Robert Black (my advisor) had been patient and tried to make it work and ended up getting me a new OEM part In which I am very happy.
