I had previously contacted the front desk and other Family Service Advisors regarding an issue at my mother's gravesite, but unfortunately, I did not feel that my request was taken very seriously. Then, while I happened to meet Michael on the grounds, he stopped and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. Unlike my previous experiences, Michael genuinely listened and took the time to help. He personally went to my mother's gravesite today and took care of the issue. He truly went above and beyond, and I could feel that he sincerely wanted to help. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to take action meant so much to me. When it comes to taking care of a loved one's final resting place, that kind of genuine care makes a big difference. Thank you so much, Michael, for stopping to help me and for going the extra mile. I truly appreciate it.

Update 7/18/26 My FIL's bronze grave plaque was finally…read moreinstalled after over a year. The installation looked. The granite base with the bronze grave plaque installation with the flower canister looks great. I wish that we didn't have to be so assertive to get my FIL grave plaque installed. CoC could have kept us updated of any problems the arose during this whole process instead of us having to contact them multiple times to see why my FIL's grave plaque hasn't been installed. If CoC communication and updates were better, my rating would be higher. The installation was completed after CoC manager got involved. That being said, the end results were satisfying, and I hope CoC improves on updating and communicating with their future clients.

The cemetery is well maintained and I really hope that is the case throughout the upcoming years. We have many family members and friends at rest there. The restrooms in the main hall should have hooks in the bathroom to hang purses/jacket/sweaters - a personal recommendation!

Being able to have everything coordinated and completed within a single week was nothing short of a lifesaver, and their willingness to open early for us was an extra act of kindness we won't forget. On the day of the service, all of the flowers sent by loved ones were beautifully arranged, adding a sense of care and dignity to the space. Death is never easy to accept, and navigating logistics while grieving only makes it harder. It's a family owned business, and it is clear that they have pride in the business with good reason. Sam was our point of contact and director and he did such a wonderful job both in explaining the process and kindness in his guidance from start to finish. Ian, Art, and everyone who helped is with the day were wonderful. A wonderful day & so happy we chose BPS COTA for this occasion. Highly recommended.

The staff showed constant respect every step of the way. They went beyond the call of duty obtaining the DD214 which I could have not done in a timely fashion. Both Ceaser and Sam spent hours on the phone arranging have Presentation of the flag by the Marines Corp, this was particularly difficult to accomplish on Thanksgiving weekend. They had did a great job of preparing my Coworker for his Open Casket Viewing . Especially consider his method of ending his life. The Mortician made magic happen . My Co worker looked like he was taking a nap. The Funeral Directors had did a great job with the Service. They had respected his families Ethnic Beliefs. They arranged an Air Force Honor Guard since he had served in the Air Force. It was a standing room crowd. It was a tough service seeing his Mom suffering though the service. If your reading this review I think Mission Did a great job,. If you ever consider Suicide please don't and seek professional help. Suicide leaves a wide path of devastation and unanswered questions.

Tom personally drove her 240 miles for a grave site service in her hometown, waited patiently through the entire service and then spoke gently and caringly to the family at the end before driving back home 240 miles! In this time of COVID our service was unusual for us without a church or chapel, but Sorensen's definately took a lot of the pressure off of us.
