The inspection revealed a number of issues that required attention. Potential sources of water intrusion were meticulously sealed. The area inside in front of the chimney was carefully draped to catch any debris and then a vacuum device was placed in the area. Nothing escaped into the room while the chimney was carefully cleaned. As the work was done they even noted an area around one of our windows adjacent to the exterior chimney that also could be a source water intrusion and suggested that we look into having that area sealed. We were so grateful for their helpful and careful approach to our issues.
