Overall good experience! After I requested a quote online they called immediately. I told them I had a 600 sq ft studio and they told me two hours and a price for a move out cleaning. When they got there they said 2-3 hrs and it ended up being 2.5 so the price did go up. Nelson brought two personnel and they did an amazing job, have never seen the place cleaner. Just wished the quote could be followed, but I understand they don't know the place before they see it. Very happy with the quality of work though! read more

Scheduled 3+ days ago. Got confirmation of time, the day before was asked to push it back from 2pm to 4pm. I said that was fine I understand things happen. Day of comes and at 2pm calls to say it's too late to come because of traffic?? They wanted to reschedule. I ended up saying forget it. Their hours say they're open until 8PM so I'm confused how I scheduled for 2 got pushed back until 4 only for them to say it was too late to come. Also I asked them for an estimate based off my house size etc and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Just said $85/hr and normally doesn't take more than 2 hours. First impression... They were very quick to respond to my initial request for a cleaning which in my opinion was a great first impression. They showed up on time and asked questions before hand to make sure that nothing was left up in the air. They cleaned my mom's home a few days ago, and they were really detailed! Very responsive! They returned my inquiry within the hour! Since they done a fabulous job, I have them come out every 2 weeks! Since my mom is 82 years old, she can't give her home a good cleaning. They swept the cobwebs on the very hard to reach places and disinfected the bathrooms and kitchen. I think I may have found my new cleaning company! First of all, I have to say I have a soft spot for small businesses. I personally feel the service is more personal and you get better treatment. Ok, so I called on Friday morning... immediately got a return call and an appointment set up for Monday. He was a little late- but he text me beforehand. I only needed my kitchen and basement cleaned. Nelson is sooo thorough! I don't even spend that much time cleaning and I hate a messy/dirty kitchen! My counters are spotless and it looks so organized. My sink and stovetop have never looked so white! He even cleaned inside my fridge and freezer. And dusted around all the corners of the walls. I forgot to take pics of my basement. But I am sooo happy. My gym is my basement and it was so dusty. It looks like a whole new gym now! Very pleased. Buyer beware! Jessica quoted me $45 hr for 2 people with their own supplies. I told them I wanted to deep clean my house but not the entire home, just small main level living area, 1/2 bath and kitchen. Upstairs Master with a Full bath. Arrived 2 hours late, then the prices jumped to $48 hr per person. Then 380 for 4.5 hours. Then 135 for wiping clean counters off, 1/2 bath, mopping and vacuuming floors. That's it. Nelson is a con artist! Told my son he had been there several hours, however they called me at 12 to get in, and again at 12:15 to discuss the cleaning. We spoke on the phone at 1:20 when the pricing was all over the place, and I told them to stop and leave. He charged my son 80 bucks for less than an hour of work to clean what??? What a gig! Jessica charges $50.00 an hour and I still have to clean after she's done. She goes around furniture instead of under it. She also asks for money she didn't earn stating it's an emergency. I learned my lesson after the first time she needed money, she would keep asking for more. She spends a lot of time on the phone. So I made an appointment two weeks in advance via text and confirmed...the last text sent was to me asking for my address...I provided my email address assuming they would send an invoice or email confirm that would ask for my details and then I'd provide my physical address...I texted the morning of appointment to confirm everything was good to which I was ignored...I called twice - they finally answered and took turns talking saying it was my fault because I never sent my physical address...no time along the way did they apologize for the mixup, say we will make it right, or how does this new date work? SCAMMED! I payed for my grandmas house to be cleaned. I was charged $184 for two hours that was what we agreed on. I told them my grandma would let them in and show them around since I wouldn't be there. They told my grandma it would take more time but never communicated pricing with her. They spent an extra 2.5 hours in the house, called me and asked me to pay and extra $200 on top of the $184. I did not agree, I was never notified it would take that much extra time. They then decided to wake up my grandma and charge her the extra $200. They blocked my number and blocked me on Angis list so I can't write a review. I saw other reviews saying they've done this before after everything was said and done. My grandmas house should not have taken 4 hours (almost $400!) with two people to clean. I was there the day before and all it needed was to be dusted and mopped. I am truly disappointed and feel very taken advantage of.
