The minute I met Ivan, I knew he'd be the one to do my patio replacement. He came out on Father's Day (I felt bad, but he said he had the whole morning with his kids and it had been a great day so far), so we went to the existing back patio and he gave me suggestions on what we could do. I showed him a picture of something I liked, and he knew exactly how to proceed. He even talked me out of something that was unnecessary! The estimate he gave me was reasonable, so we booked the job for late August. He ended up having a slot open up in July, so I jumped at the chance to get the work done.
