Excellent healthy food, a great ambiance, and friendly customer service make this one of our favorite places. Everything is fresh, delicious, and consistently good. It's become our go-to spot whenever we're looking for a healthy and satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

Food: Build your bowl (Greens and Grains) Price: ~$13.20 Overall: No words can describe how much I love Cava. This is so healthy and yummy that I literally have no self-control and most likely will not have any leftovers. I build my bowl, romaine lettuce, saffron rice with chicken, red pepper hummus, harrisa, tzatziki, all the toppings (except for olives) and on top is Garlic Dressing and Skhug. NORCAL NEEDS THIS DELICIOUS MEDITERRANEAN FOOD!

This was the first time for four of us at CAVA, and we were all impressed. The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. The person who helped us answered all my questions and made great recommendations based on our preferences, which made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

Ive lived next to Cava majority of my life and I never ate here before. It wasnt until recently my boyfriend and one of my friends were raving about cava and they were craving it. Made me want one too just from seeing their reaction to the food. We didnt end up getting it that day and i havent tried to get it since but today i was on my way home and realized i live right next to Cava so i decided to drop in for the very first time. Ive seen memes online about Cava being a better version of Chipotle (during the whole chipotle boycott bc of portions), and funny enough the 2 stores are right next to each other. Safe to say I do like the variety better at cava and i love the pita chips! I came in around 12:15pm, near lunch rush hour but the line moved pretty quickly, a lot of people dining in. Its pretty casual. Good for grabbing a quick bite. The workers were super nice and guided me through creating my own bowl. Shoutout to Kaz and Adam for running a smooth operation over here!

I have told many friends that Cava is superior to Chipotle in many ways. The assortment and freshness of the ingredients consistently inspires me to eat healthier and in a more colorful manner. I truly want to meal prep in a way that would allow me to stimulate a Cava bowl. It is a bucket list item of mine to do. The first time I had gone to Cava I loved how you could get unique flavors from mixing the different beverages they offer. You can put together a fun concoction. Inside there's a good amount of seating, and plenty more outside that is unique to the Woodbury Town Center plaza. Grateful for the people who make this place happen.

Great spot, still delicious but portions have gotten smaller Cover Restaurant continues to be one of my go-to places because the food is always flavorful and consistent. The quality hasn't changed at all -- everything still tastes amazing. The only thing I've noticed is that the portions have definitely gotten significantly smaller compared to previous visits. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's noticeable. Also, just a heads up: it gets very busy around 5 PM, so arriving a bit earlier (or later) will give you a much smoother experience. Overall, still a great restaurant with delicious dishes -- I just hope they bring back the fuller portions!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Always look at your order when you do take out! Salmon was burnt and not edible. Who in the right mind would serve this?

Salad with a wide variety of toppings and customizable options. Spicy Lamb + Avocado was a good healthy meal. The free side pita is a nice bonus, though they sometimes run out.

I have probably been to 50 different cava locations all over the United States. This is for certain the stingiest with food. The drinks are super watered down as well. Everything is measured by spoonful, which is totally fine, but at least fill up the spoon. Will not be coming back to this one

We go to cava twice a week, different locations, and the portions are always consistent. Today, here at this Cava, the portion is half of what we normally get. We definitely did not get what we paid for. When I tried to bring it up to one of the employees he made a comment about when we get half portions of the chicken which the protein was skimpy too but before that the rice and the greens were barely there in both our bowls. AND I actually paid for a full portion of chicken and add on sweet potato and they served it as if I didn't pay for extra. Last weekend we were here, it was fine. We won't be back here especially since we tried to remedy it and bring it up and we just got deer in the headlights basically. To top it off the food was nasty. The sweet potato was so stale and hard that we had to spit it out couldn't even chew it. Had no rice. Something else in the mix tasted spoiled and the chicken was burned.

    Grains Bowl

Ordered a usual bowl. Asian blonde girl with lots of blush was so stingy. Genuinely ruined cava. Cashier began whispering to her about us complaining too. Unprofessional. If you're gonna talk about customers, wait till they leave... And there was no complimentary pita. The bowl was filled 1/3 of the way or even less. And to top it all off, it was $18. You'd think it would be good because its in IRVINE. 6/12/26 11:30am.

My favorite place to go to get a quick meal... love love love there's so many vegan options... where can I get a creamy dressing that's vegan other than Cava???? Personally I love it more than chiptole... the only downside is when there's a line it's going to be a while so come prepared if it's near lunch or dinner time!

It's pretty far from home, but I…read morecould easily work it into the flight path so to speak, between the Tustin REI and 17th Street in Costa Mesa. Located in a small but busy plaza, HOK is a small, potentially packed restaurant with a few tables outside. About half full mid afternoon on a Saturday, i got a table and quickly made a decision to try the combination plate with a chicken and kubideh kabob, with rice. Next time I'll branch out, but this first sample provided much pleasure and evidence that they can't do anything wrong (except be closed when I'm craving more ;) A few minutes after placing my order the warm flatbread came out with butter. Comparatively, many other Persian restaurants use Lavash sections, so I enjoyed the contrast. The neighboring table of four received their plates one at a time, so I figured the kitchen and grill were probably also fairly constricted like the lobby. Nonetheless, it didn't take long and the generous, colorful portions were a sight to behold! The first thing I noticed was how moist and tender both kabobs were. Not burnt or dry anywhere on either type. That's attributable to the elevated method of grilling, but here the chef has it down to a science. The second observation came later when I didn't feel excessively thirsty, or bloated, ir dehydrated. Some restaurants really brine the meat while marinating, but here it's another level of perfection. Good service and a reasonable price, although the menu prices might be behind current food costs. Still, it was totally worth it. I didn't have a way to keep leftovers in a safe temperature range, so I ate everything. Full, but not stuffed.

A lot of people I trust have raved about it, and I'm glad I gave it a shot. Our server, Leyla, was great. She took orders for 6 people entirely from memory without a single mistake, all while staying kind, attentive, and composed during a busy service. The food was excellent. The tahdig was crispy, and the stews were rich and homemade, easily some of the best I've had. The koobideh kabob was flavorful and cooked very well, and the chicken barg was equally good. For dessert, the faloodeh had a good balance of rose water, and the Persian ice cream was just as good. I really enjoyed everything about this place and will absolutely be back.

Despite a sign saying 'Wait to be seated,' there was no hostess present. After 5 minutes of waiting, a busboy who didn't speak English attempted to seat us without welcoming us. He barely communicated that no seats were available outside, and when I asked what the wait time was, he could not answer. I found the manager, a Persian lady in her 50s, and asked if she could tell me when an outside table would be available. In a surprisingly snarky tone, she snapped in Farsi, 'You're asking me for the impossible, how do I know how long it's going to take for them to be done? Do *you* know how long it's going to take for them to be done?' I was shocked. Obviously, the answer to a question like this is a standard 15 to 25 minutes of wait time, but unfortunately, she chose a much harder and completely unnecessary response pattern. I told her that this is no way to speak with a customer and started to walk away, choosing to take our business to Caspian Restaurant instead. Unbelievably, she then yelled after me, 'Excuse me, I asked you a question, why are you walking away?' to which, of course, I did not respond. I feel everybody should know about this because a restaurant in such an expensive location needs customer service as its foundation to get repeat clients. It's very unfortunate that this happens to restaurants where the owners are silent and hire the wrong managers--managers who can't handle stress well, or who feel their outdated customer support still holds up in 2026. Unless they change their management style and make a visible change, I would strongly discourage anyone from needing to experience the same.

Before you visit, keep these things in mind: 1. This is a ghost kitchen, not a full-service restaurant. It's best for takeout and delivery. There are only a few chairs outside--just four in total. 2. Ordering is entirely self-service via a digital kiosk, with no staff on hand to assist you. 3. There are no bathrooms available anywhere on-site. Regarding the food, it was just okay-- a bit underwhelming, especially given that Lebanese cuisine is typically so flavorful. The chicken was dry, the hummus lacked depth, and the rice was bland. That said, the fattoush salad, one of my favorites, was very good, with a delicious dressing. Overall, I can't say I'd return. The prices were quite high for the portions, and the quality didn't meet my expectations. If you're looking for a quick Lebanese meal, this place is a decent option, but don't expect much more than that.
