    Can't beat prices here. Even when not on ad they beat any large box store prices. Not liking how…read morethey have different tiers of coupons. You have ad sales, coupons needed sales, and club sales that go on simultaneously. Makes me confused on what item I saw where and at what price. Went on a Saturday morning at opening... got a greeting... which is rare because this store tends to get busy. They were out of a few ad items but a few they were able to locate in the back.

    First time encountered such rude customer service. Not sure if he's just unhappy with his job or…read morethey're having a bad day or is this how they always treat their customers. I called in to see if there was a tech cart in stock, because apparently their online inventory is inaccurate. A nice lady helped me. She told me they didn't have any in stock, I ask since you guys can see who has it and your inventory is more accurate in your system, can you tell me which store does have it ? She said yes I'll put you on hold, 5 mins later a guy came on the phone super aggressive, asking me what I'm looking for I said I have already been helped. He says what are you looking for ??? I told him wha I was looking for and he said unfortunately we don't stocks check here. You need to call every store if you want to know if it's in stock. Then I explained that since all HF have the same inventory can't he just view it to see it ? Aggressively told me no, I asked for his name he said he can't give out his name. I asked him then what was other lady doing for five minutes? He said she's not even checking the item she's helping another person. So please explain what was the point of putting me on hold and telling me you're going to check then not checking ?? I asked for his name and he told me he's not allowed to give out his name. This phone call was at 10:13am 4/17/26 I need someone to please reach out because this is unacceptable. I will also reach out to their main office in Woodland Hills CA.

We already knew exactly which one we wanted, so this should have been a simple purchase. It took four calls to the Garden Center and one employee physically walking over there to try to find someone to help us, all with no success. After waiting 40 minutes, my husband went to the customer service/returns desk for assistance. There were 4-5 employees standing there chatting, and not a single one acknowledged us during the entire time we waited. We were told someone needed to either bring the grill down from the rack or retrieve it from a pallet in the back. What was particularly frustrating was that there were several employees available yet they chose to send the woman to handle the task alone. This isn't about questioning her capability it's about common sense and teamwork. We then spoke with another employee who repeatedly tried to convince us to purchase the floor model that was already assembled. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $700 on a grill, I want a brand-new product straight out of the box. The fact that my purchase seemed like an inconvenience to the employees doing the job they're paid to do is not acceptable. After nearly an hour of waiting with no resolution, we decided to leave. We drove to Lowe's instead and received outstanding customer service. Not only were the employees helpful and attentive, but they even offered us a complimentary gift. We were in and out within 25 minutes. Ironically, at Home Depot, one of the first things they asked for was our ID so they could sign us up for a credit card. How about helping customers complete the purchase they came in for before pushing credit card applications? Extremely disappointing experience. We won't be returning.
