They used to fix my tires for $15, and now they charge $25, which I don't even mind the price increase but it's the attitude of the greedy grandpa and the way he talks to you. I had gone to big tire shops before and they always try to sell you new tires rather than trying to fix the issue so moving forward this would be my go-to place for flat tire repairs. Recently visited because I hit a pot hole on the 91 freeway at night February 15th and could hear the wheel made a noise. I was able to drive on it and the tire pressure light didn't come on right away, but it did after 2 days of not driving it. I brought it in on February 19th and asked them to check the wheel and tire and when they pulled it off it was evident the wheel was bent. It was like a horseshoe then straight at the bottom. I didn't know what to do, but Eddie said there was a wheel place close by and they could take a look at it and see if they could repair it. The tire was also showing signs of cracking on the inside and he said he had a tire in stock that was my size and sold me a pair. I had to get to work so I told him just let me know when he's done and I'd be at work all day so no rush. I got a call 2 hours later and everything was fixed. The wheel shop was able to fix my wheel and the new tires were put on and my car was ready for pick-up. I went over a few minutes later to pick it up and cost was around $220 for two new tires and a fixed wheel. I would suggest paying cash if you can because they have to charge a small fee for using the card machine so just keep that in mind. I was about to drive off, but I went back to the shop and asked for a copy of the receipt for the work done on the wheel, just for my own records and because I wanted to see if I could file a claim for the damage with Caltrans and submit this. Eddie let me take a photo of the receipt and said he needed to keep the hard copy which I was fine with. I then asked him if it wasn't too much trouble, if he could show me the wheel so I could take photos of it. He was fine with this and was able to quickly pull the wheel off and show me the repair that was done to the wheel. I wish I had taken a before photo, but when he pulled it off I was checking to see that it was round again but also to make sure that it was my wheel and not something that was swapped out, and I was able to confirm they fixed my OEM wheel by identifying a nick in the face of the wheel that I got from hitting another pot hole years ago. The tires I got were some brand I never heard of before called Black Hawk and they look aggressive and bulky compared to the Yokohama's I had before. Of course, I looked them up online and Reddit reviews vary from, they're cheap tires that are good for now to people liking them a year later to a few people saying they've lost mileage efficiency after getting these. My mileage was 76,200 when the Black Hawk's went on so if anything happens I'll update my review. I've been driving with them on for a week and they're not my favorite to look at but so far it's fine. This is my second time here, I visited last November to replace tires on my work truck and Eddie pointed out that I should get my alignment looked at because he observed one of the wheels was almost bald on one side and said that' a sign of misalignment. Also, they don't do alignments here. They were fast replacing the tires on my work truck too and I just checked the other day and those tires are also Black Hawk brand so I'll keep you updated if there are any issues with them. Overall, they're very fast and Eddie and the crew have been great to work with. read more

I called in advance, spoke with the older gentleman and advised him I had four tires I needed installed. He quoted me $80. Cash price with balance and installation. I arrived within 30 min and advised him I was the person who called in for the quote, he directed me to the younger guy who had me move my car to the front side of the building (no car bays) they do their work in the alley way! Any how I was here and I was ready to get this job completed. The young placed the jack under my car, lifted the rear wind and then stated I have 20" rims and that the cost would go up to $130 with balance. I corrected him and advised him I received a quote from that gentleman and he stated $80 cash price! Well he dropped the jack and pulled it out from car and said take it or leave it. Of course I left and advised him I would be posting this incident online, he stated no skin off my back. Don't be fooled by the flashy cars posted here. STAY AWAY. I was traveling north on the 57 when I got a mail in my tire. Simple, small nail right in the center of the tire. After the tire was "repaired" he pointed out a giant bubble in the side wall of my tires. Expensive tires. He then stated that I drove in with a flat which is very untrue. I couldn't believe he wasn't about to own up to his mistake. I'm no idiot. And shame on your cause you should know this with all the tire tools in my trunk... What really happened is this dude couldn't get my tire off the rim to fix the patch. He kept shoveling and shoveling and when I asked to see what was up he said "yeah sometimes they don't want to come off" and continued to shovel and shovel till the side walls were completely toast. I could see it in his face when he saw what he had just did. He was so nice to me after and told me I needed to get that fixed right away. Yeah no shit man! So in the end you costed me over $1900 in tires for a $15 patch. Having an AWD car I simply cannot replace just one tire since they are almost half way finished. Steer clear of this shop and a guy named HARLI. I will attach pictures of the damage and also him shoveling in the reflection of my car. read more
