The service here was the best I had to use the bathroom I was feeling a little sick this afternoon and I had just placed my order when the "Rumble" came yup the dreadful moment thank god I could use the bathroom but what was even more awesome they delivered my lunch while I was on the "pooper"!! They obviously knocked and asked first if it was ok I sad sure bring it on in!! I got to sit there eating a nice steak and cheese while depositing some of it too!!! What she brought back was a chicken cutlet sandwich. they had a whole conversation about chicken salad, tuna salad, and what it took. He made an offer to make the sandwich even though he was about to close. Not sure how you get chicken salad and chicken cutlet mixed up, but they found away. Extremely disappointed. I went in there a little after 6pm knowing they closed at 6:30. The guy told me he couldn't do hot sandwiches because he had turned off the grill which was fine because I wanted two chicken salad sandwiches anyway. He told me he had to check to see if they had it because they "make it in batches" he told me they didn't but offered me tuna salad instead while stating he knows it doesn't taste the same. I said no, it's okay and was prepared to leave but then he offered to make it anyway. He said if I didn't mind waiting 10-15 minutes and I said are you sure ? He said "yes, I told myself I would never turn down a chance to make a sandwich when I bought the place." With that being said, I get home and to my displeasure he made me two CHICKEN CUTLET SANDWICHES instead of CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES. And there was no confusion on what I asked for because we held a whole conversation about it beforehand. I will not be returning. It's very unfortunate to be a new business and already scamming potential new customers. $25 plus a $5 tip just to not get what I asked for. Beyond disappointing. read more

This is a local deli shop in the South End that had great reviews off Yelp so we wanted to try it out. I had the Bacon, Sausage, egg and cheese on the Everything Bagel. It def hit the spot!!! Wanted to check out this gem because they have boars head brand cold cuts and it was really awesome !!! Got a cracked pepper boars head Turkey sub with veggies, hots and dressing, it was super delicious and bread was great and fresh as well. Really happy to have found it and will be going lots more! Stopped by here after a day in the city. I love little sandwich/deli shops so i was super excited to stop by here. The guy behind the counter was so so nice and welcoming. Loved chatting with him and he helped me order. I knew i wanted a pastrami sandwich bc that's what's popular. I trusted him and told him to make it the way he makes it! Such a nice and friendly experience. We ended up going across the street to the park to eat the sandwich. it was smaller than expected and not filled with pastrami like you would expect. But the flavor was good and the bread was great. 4 stars for experience and a classic sandwich. Sandwich was decent and i would try an italian sandwich next time. Def would go back, very cute spot.
