Very cute neighborhood to grab breakfast/lunch, take a walk, and shop. It was a nice morning so we sat in the patio (big mistake). Food was decent and service was quick. The only issue we had were the yellow jacket bees/wasps that kept flying around us. We noticed the table next to us was dealing with the same issue. (We visited at the end of August). We had been to the Paramount, for breakfast, and I fell in love with a French toast. So, we assumed the dinner food would be just as memorable... WRONG. I've never met a Bolognese I didn't like... Until now. Somehow, they managed to make a classic pasta dish, with rich, red meat, tangy tomato sauce, and salty cheese... Flavorless. I honestly thought I may have contracted Covid and lost my taste buds. So, I had my partner taste it too... Same response. All I can guess is that they made it with only ground beef, which is not what was advertised on the menu. The chef used almost no tomato sauce. Instead, they relied on heavy cream, which had very little flavor. Even the pasta was mushy and overcooked... so disappointing. The teriyaki stirfry was advertised as including carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and peppers. We asked them to hold the peppers and assumed they would include extra vegetables or replace them with something else. Instead, they took away the peppers... And the carrots...
