I have had horrible WiFi for years at my house in Long Beach. Right now I am using Spectrum and the internet access is the worst...I pay so much for the service and it is not good. My system would buffer like 1995. I decided to get an after-market router instead of continuing with the Spectrum router. I couldn't figure out how to get it to work so I found Gus on Yelp and saw that he had the most reviews and most of them were good. I called and spoke to Gus. He asked me to explain to him exactly what was going on with my internet. After that, he told me what his price was to come out and troubleshoot. I told him I would think about it. The next day when I texted him my hire decision he told me he had been thinking about my problem and said he thought he came up with a resolution. He told me to call Spectrum and have them replace my modem. He also sent me a link of two items to order on Amazon and said he believed that once these were installed that would solve the problem. I followed his advice and then set an appointment for him to come...he is very busy so getting a time we could both agree on was a little difficult...but was finally resolved. Let me say he was here for an hour and 40 minutes and his remedy solved my problem 100 %...My internet is so fast now. I have 5 bars all the time and have only lost service once for a minute since he was here a week ago...he was extremely professional and knowledgeable....what he told me to do was exactly correct. He installed my Nighthawk router and an Amazon Firestick I had purchased and also the two items that actually make my internet work now. I also had no sound when watching Netflix and even their techs could not resolve that issue, now everything works perfectly...it was worth the $235.00 I paid. Unprofessional I called for help and the guy just leaves me hanging and not say anything back to me? While I keep saying hello?

Wasted my time unfortunately. Gus came out on 3/31/21 to give me a quote on an email migration and he was pleasant and professional. He told me he was willing and ready to take on my project and that it would be 6-8 hours of work. I thought that was a little high to move 2 email addresses and wanted to get other quotes so I let him know on 4/1 that I would be back in touch shortly. I didn't end up having the time to interview other techs so 5 days later on April 6th, I texted Gus to let him know that I wanted to proceed with him. I knew he had amazing reviews and came to the conclusion that even if the price was a little high it would be worth it to know I was getting someone knowledgeable and available. And time was of the essence so I needed to move forward. Gus never responded to my text. Yesterday, (13 days after receiving no response) I followed up and Gus' reply to me was "Hi, sorry swapped at the moment". I presume he meant swamped and that he is now not available? I honestly feel that Gus was offended that I questioned his pricing/time necessary to move 2 email addresses from hostgator to Office; but I feel as consumers, we have the right to ask questions and make the most informed decisions possible. Now, 3 weeks later I'm back to square one. Feeling frustrated and defeated. Time is our most valuable resource and nothing upsets me more than having mine wasted! Oasystec is your IT go to solution !! After a regretful windows 10 upgrade, I messed up the network and the ports in our computers so we couldn't do anything! Really, Nothing!! No accounting, bidding, remote deposits, etc. Gus at Oasystec felt my sense of urgency and was willing to come right away! He came in a resolved the issues within 20 minutes.
