I was basically sexually harassed during my massage here. My boyfriend and I came for massages and we're put in separate rooms. I got undressed except for my underwear and went under the sheet. The lady walked in and told me I was wrong for being under the sheet and that I needed to be over the sheet. That struck me as weird but it's a $40 massage so whatever. Within the first 10 minutes she had got on the table where my shoulders were, like basically her knees were facing my shoulders and if I would've lifted my head up I would've hit her in her vagina. I have never been so frustrated and offended by a business before. I truly wanted to like this place because it is close to me, and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt given its negative reviews. Long story short, I make an appointment, and show up. The lady was extremely rude and condescending. She said the massage was $40, and she would only take cash. I had $40 in cash, but I was saving the cash for a tip, and was planning on paying for the service by card. The lady demanded I go next door to the 7 Eleven to withdraw more cash. I was confused because the door indicated that they accept card (visa,MasterCard) so instantly I was put off, because this lady was trying to pocket the cash. I then said, fine I'll just do the $20 foot massage, so I would have enough in cash for the service and tip. When I got undressed she judged me very badly . She kept complaining about my acne scars on my back . Well I'm sorry I had a lot of acne as a teenager . But she kept bringing it up over and over again like 4-5 times . Saying I need to see a doctor , and that I won't get a girlfriend with the back scars , and that they are really bad and she said it's not just scars but also bacteria . I said I was a bit busy but I know it's bad . She said you need to go see a doctor now it's very bad . I know my back scars are bad I will go see a doctor when I have time . I have patronized more than 30 foot massage places in LA, Orange County, the San Francisco Bay Area, Houston, Chicago, and New York City, so I have a pretty broad range of experiences with these businesses. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. First, even when you tell them you are there for the advertised $19.99 foot massage, they sell you hard on getting the more expensive body massage and are annoyed at you if you don't want to pay more. Second, the woman who started my massage started to talking to one of her regulars who came in without an appointment and eventually left, passing me off to another masseuse midstream! Not only was this rude, but it disrupted the flow of the massage. Finally, even though they offer a punch card for a free massage after multiple visits, they do not offer you one freely like most places do. Since I do not plan on returning, I did not ask.
