I'd say that their flavors tend to lean a bit more classic and traditional in flavor profiles and variety; and that's where they shine. Some friends took us here after dinner and I ordered a Kiddie-sized ice cream. They were super generous with the scoops -- was able to get two flavors, which I really appreciated.

I joined Yelp to mostly look at reviews of places and never to write one but Cal's Creamery deserves my review. My first time experience: Not going to lie, the line they always seem have is a bit concerning (time wise) but I promise you it took 12 minutes from my car to their window! I was highly impressed with their system to get customers in and out. The familiar local teen faces were also a great sight to see, with hard times like now, this place offering jobs to locals is a great addition to the community. Such a great place to meet friends and enjoy the weather sitting on their picnic tables. My time standing in line, I saw a lady and a teen boy clean the tables. Such a small thing to do but makes a big difference for us! A clean table, especially with this weather, ice cream is bound to melt and things will get messy. Now the ice cream comes in! Man, oh man... their menu is out of this world! So many flavors, and I mean MANY!!!!!! Practically overwhelmed with all the choices. There had to be at least 10 Oreo flavors and being an Oreo Fanatic, I finally found my Heaven on Earth. I had the Pumpkin Oreo (because Fall is always in season for me) and the regular Oreo. I. Was. Blow. Away. Literally figured I wouldn't be able to taste the pumpkin as much but I was wrong, you can definitely taste it. I will be making my way to Cal's every weekend now.
