I hadn't used Camelback moving in over a decade but I did remember they did a good job the last time I used them, so I tried them again. Still not disappointed! They called to confirm my move date/time, showed up on time, and overall got the job done well! I'm glad when I booked it the person on the phone, Nate?, recommended 3 movers instead of two. Although he was waaay off predicting the time it would take to move, it certainly would have taken longer with only 2 movers. Javier, Jason, & Jeff did a good job! I couldn't give 5 stars because 1 of our solar lights were damaged at the new house and although I was notified, it didn't feel ok that it was damaged and I was told "you can use some super glue or go buy another one at Home Depot "....I mean duh ofcourse I can go buy another one but YOU BROKE IT! We recently used camelback for our move. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, care, and speed of the service we received. Not only did the team work quickly, but they talked with us and joked with us as they moved our furniture and belongings. They wrapped, added padding with blankets, and treated our items like their own. They cared for our furniture and were so thoughtful. They even laid out carpets, Ramps and padding for walls to not create damage to our walls. The biggest surprise was the third team member who not only took down our tvs, but also remounted them in the new house perfectly. This place was recommended by my real estate agent and I went to their website and within minutes of sending my inquiry Doris called me with details on how they work. I had very few flexibility on my moving date however they were very accommodating and worked with me to find a date that was good. I even had to reschedule my move date and they were very easy to work with. As for the moving itself, it took longer than I expected however it was my first time hiring movers so maybe I underestimated the time it would take. I didn't have any significant damages during the move. I would use their service again and recommend it. They also took great care of both of the locations to not damage anything. They arrived within the window. Doris was great from the first phone call. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. She took so much time answering all my questions and helped me feel so much less stressed and anxious about such a big move. Mike and his crew were beyond amazing. They were quick and efficient, yet careful with our belongings and very easy to communicate with. We had a townhouse full of stuff as well as a storage unit full of furniture we hadn't seen in 3 years. They were all so patient and helpful in trying to figure out where to put certain items that didn't work where I thought they would. They offered helpful suggestions and offered to move things when they sensed I wasn't sure of where I initially had them place items. They made sure we were happy with where everything was before leaving, making sure we knew it was no problem at all to move things around if we needed to. When I was looking for a moving company, I depended on reviews from others and I cannot recommend this business enough. We moved on 06/17/21 and had Juan and Donald for our move. These two guys are great! Super friendly and communicative! Some of our furniture already had dings on it and they would make us aware before moving it just to make sure we knew they didn't damage anything(we have old furniture). They literally rolled out a red carpet at our new home and unloaded everything super quick. Our move overall took about 5 hours from Tempe to Coolidge. This was our first time using movers and I was so nervous about the cost but our estimate was nearly spot on for the end total and we were incredibly satisfied. From the get go the company overall was great. I requested an estimate online, got a call within a few hours and then the estimate the next morning and booked within the next week. I moved Aug 2020 from AZ to NC. They gave me an estimate virtually via FaceTime, packed my items well, stored my items and then transported to NC. When they moved my things into my new place, they were careful, padded things well and laid down paper on the floor to protect the floor. The door frames from both places were great. They communicated throughout and kept me abreast of where they were and their schedule. I moved as a single female, so it was a bit intimidating and I worried about being scammed (in general) since I didn't have a guy or another pair of eyes with me, but I wasn't. Now I'm moving into my new home (not in the Valley) and I miss the care and attention to detail they demonstrated. If they came around this way, I'd definitely be calling them instead. I was moving from a house to a third-floor apartment & mgmt said elevators could not be used for moving furniture OR boxes. Apparently, previous residents had damaged the elevator so it could no longer be used for moving. I had a crew of three (Mark, Steve and Carlos) and from the minute they got to my house they started the move. They were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They notified me when they took a break and not on clock. It was over 100 degrees, and these guys carried everything up three flights -- including a sleeper sofa which I understand is extremely heavy. They went above and beyond. The end cost for the move was at the low end of the estimate. How often does THAT happen? I would definitely recommend Camelback moving. read more

Head-office was extremely good about providing estimate and explaining terms. They called couple days ahead to confirm appointment. Crew arrived on time and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Our 28ft trailer was unloaded speedily and carefully. Stuff went to their final destinations properly (all our boxes were labeled). In cases where labels fell off or was unlabeled, they asked where to put thing rather than toss into corner. Christian & Jesus were the movers. I wish we had these guys and Camelback from the beginning (Las Vegas) unfortunately we only had them from the PHX to Tucson portion. Ultra professional from the phone call advising us they were on the way to checking out the lay of the land in the house, setting up their safety stuff to avoid smashing the walls and our furniture all the way to the final unpacking. Everything was clearly explained as the process of unloading began. They were careful to ask where the stuff was going and diligent and safe in the unloading process. Great group of guys with excellent customer service skills. Camelback was the only good (outstanding) experience we had during this move. The beginning part with college hunks was terrible. They showed up and moved my stuff to their storage warehouse for 2 months (at a reasonable storage price), then delivered up here to Lakewood, Colorado at the set date and time they said they would. They were professional and honest. There were no hidden fees or bumped up prices once they had my belongings. All prices were upfront and never changed. I easily give them 5 stars.
