I was super hungry so I started with the prosciutto & burrata -I drizzled balsamic vinegar YUM!- and for main I had the skit steak (medium plus) with mixed salad that had the most perfect dressing. I watered everything with the house Malbec that is just too good to be true. Ended the mean with panqueques con dulce de leche (what else?) and a cafecito :) My waiters were amazing and very patient as I asked 10000s questions. It really took me back to our family trip to Buenos Aires! I will be back!

Inside there's this beautiful wall of wine bottles that's a great photo spot. We sat inside because of the heat and it felt really nice. Service was excellent; they seated us right away even though a couple people hadn't arrived. I had an Amaretto Sour that was really good, and the bread with chimichurri and that onion pepper oil was a great touch. For my appetizer, I did both fried and grilled beef empanadas and liked both. My entree, the pappardelle with mushroom ragu, looked great but was way too salty for me. My friend traded plates so I could enjoy the meal, and I ended up with her gnocchi with blue cheese sauce and figs, which I loved. I also tried the skirt steak and the Milanese, delicious dishes. The complimentary flan wasn't my thing, but the dulce de leche crepe with vanilla ice cream was amazing. Overall, I really enjoyed it: great atmosphere, great service, and lots of great dishes. I just wouldn't order that pappardelle with mushroom ragu again.

The owners Paulo, Fernando and Stephanie, are ALWAYS on the floor guaranteeing the perfect flow, and the happiness of the customers. To those people that are complaining about the salad bar, that has 30 different options or more, keep in mind that if you want salad the restaurant for you is called Just Salad and its much cheaper too. This place is all about the darn meat and the service. The churrasco masters come to your table NON-STOP. Have you ever been to those chains like Fogo ou Texas, where they come by your table once every 15 mins. WELL THAT IS NOT HOW THEY RUN THIS SHOW, you can barely finish eating the piece you got and there is 2 churrasco masters coming your way, its non stop rodízio. Lastly and the most important the quality of the meat. All other restaurants serve shitty cuts for lunch and prime cuts at night! THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN CARRY SHITTY CUTS! They serve the prime cut all day, everyday! That should be the business you are aiming to spend your hard earned dollar at. Don't be fooled by the chains or other smaller brazilian steakhouses, here in south florida, no one provide the quality and the service that Pampa Gaucho does.

I made a reservation, and I'm guessing on weekend nights, this is the way to go. From the outside, Pampa Gaucho Churrascaria doesn't look like much, but inside it is quite lovely. Tables have white linens and candles. There is a large, inviting salad bar in the middle of the room with many choices of greens, toppings as well as cheeses, shrimp, eggplant, crab salad and more. There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. While I tried to convince the others for the flan, we went with the tres leches. It was fabulous! So try and save a little space for dessert if you can. If you're a meat lover or looking for a fun celebratory meal, this place is for you! The servers were very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our evening here.

We each had a couple of Bacardi and Sprites which were of decent pours and then perused their special luncheon menu. We both chose to have their skirt steaks with fries. He ordered his well done and I ordered mine rare, but noting my waiter didn't seem to understand, ordered "crudo," the term I always used without any problem in Buenos Aries. When our steaks arrived, mine was well done and his was rare. I merely wanted to change plates, but no, the waiter scooped them up and took them back to the kitchen. Great! then we both ended up with well done , but I must admit, true to Argentinian meats, tough.and chewy. I say that as Argentinian beef is not bred for tenderness or corn feed, unlike USA beef. Then, of course, they don't use blade or hammer tenderizers. Well done, hence flavorless, as well as tough and chewy; to me not eatable. Fortunately the restaurant manger saw and recognized the problem, offered to replace our dishes or allow us to leave without charge. We chose to leave , but they were so professional and nice, I'd be willing to give them another try.

The drinks themselves were good. But we did not have a second drink because we were not even offered one. Despite being the only people seated at the bar, the bartender did not look our way or offer another drink or attend to us for 45 minutes. When we finally made eye contact he brought us the check without it being asked for. I wish I remembered the change in my purse to leave exact. Bartender's name was "Nacho" according to the name tag.
