We have been bringing our dog here for over one year without any issues. The check-in is easy to use. We keep our shots up to date. So we made an online appointment and called to follow up. I was told all was good. So I bring the dog in with new shots and a very smooth young lady asks "has she had a flu shot." I said no and I didn't know that would be required. Why wasn't this asked yesterday when I called to confirm? The snooty young lady said I cannot admit your dog. So they returned her! Needless to say I felt we should've been notified of this requirement long before showing up and attitude goes a long way. We will not be returning. Thank goodness there are many quality dog care centers in our neighborhood. Will not be returning. They will say they've required this since 2016. Absolutely love this place. Jazmine explained everything to be expected and she was right. I love that they can play all day and are not cooped up for 23 hours a day. If you are a parent who doesn't like rough housing and is worried about every little thing go to a regular kennel. These may be our fur babies but they are still dogs and they do rough house. I definitely will continue to go here. The staff is awesome, Jazmine is awesome and I am so happy we have this facility near us. I loved I could watch my dog on the cameras. My dogs both love CBB. We were able to leave town twice without worrying, knowing our dogs were in great hands. We love the open play concept and interaction that most boarding facilities charge extra. Our dogs are usually stressed out after being boarded in a kennel for a long period of time. Our dogs could not have been happier and calmer when they returned from day camp and a weekend stay. My dog loves it here! I've been very impressed with the staff and the facility, everyone is very nice and remembered my dog by name after only one visit. And I love being able to check in with the webcams throughout the day. My dog usually doesn't let me out of his sight but he is so excited to go to day care that it doesn't even phase him when I leave. I am so happy I found this pet facility!!! They have top notch customer service towards us, as well as our dog. The dogs are able to be out of their kennel while they stay while playing and interacting with other pups the same size. The best part, you are able to watch your dog on live feed cameras having a blast. It's an amazing facility for social dogs, and a wonderful alternative to have the traditional boarding of dogs being crated the majority of the time. The staff there does a great job during the initial "interview" explaining how things work and how the facility runs. Camp Bow Wow is so awesome. Must have for pet owners who have social dogs and need boarding or dog day care. Very affordable! Every time I've seen my dog on camera she is romping and running around having a ball. Brought my dogs to a place that would be nice for my dogs... Far from the truth! I was out of town and watched them on camera. They are sm dogs.. We're suppose to be with sm dogs, they were mixed in with bigger dogs! One of my dogs was at the door 4 days in a corner! There was no attention what so ever, the workers just walked back and forth the whole time they were there. To make things even worst I picked up 2 sick dogs ! Both had kennel cough! One of them was very sick! Took him to 2 vets. That 4 day stay cost me over 500.00 with vet fees,med. the worst thing is that my dogs were totally depressed and sick! Worst experience ever! Think a lot of the reviews are fake. It's the manager and people that work there holding there dogs. The said there not allowed to hold dogs or play with them! Just had my dog board for the first time last night. They also gave him an oatmeal bath and they did a better job than the groomer I used last time and paid $45 for! I didn't pay for this bath at all and he looks fantastic! They even brushed out his ears and on a Springer Spaniel that can be tedious. I highly recommend this facility! He's home now and exhausted cause he played all day long! read more

After having not so great experiences at a previous boarding facility, I took the advice of fellow Yelpers and took my one year old boxer to CBW for her interview. Jazmine was extremely knowledgable about doggy body language and behavior and explained the interview process very thoroughly. Their prices and policies are laid out clearly and you know exactly what you are getting for your money. My puppy recently stayed overnight for her first time and I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. I loved being able to check on her through the facility cameras using the CBW app on my phone, and Jazmine was readily available and accommodating when I needed to make a change to her pick up time. Thank you CBW for taking such great care of my baby and giving me peace of mind while she's away from home. I will definitely bring her back for day camp soon and am so happy to have found a home away from home when I need to travel. read more

Having worked at several daycare/boarding facilities, I was impressed from the get-go with this location of Camp Bow Wow. We came for a tour and the owner realized we were there and jumped in to give us a tour himself -- obviously very proud of his facilities and policies. Nothing was off-limits for viewing. Everything is optimized for safety, organization, and functionality, which is much appreciated as a dog owner, and there were several safeguards in place that I wish had been available at my previous places of employment! Amenities that other facilities make you pay extra for are all included here. The price for boarding for multiple dogs is absolutely unbeatable! All play yards are indoor/outdoor, and the price for boarding includes unlimited play. Having shopped around a fair bit, you can't find the same amount of indoor/outdoor exercise and boarding for this price. The "campfire treat" of a stuffed Kong before bed is a sweet bonus :) The cameras are a nice touch, both because you know employees will behave in an accountable fashion, and because it's fun to watch the dogs play and know that no one is afraid to let you see "behind the scenes". Every time I have been there, all of the employees are familiar with my pets and remember personality traits and tid-bits that we have shared about them. The general manager, Jazmine, is great to work with. Also, being relatively new, they run a lot of specials and their facilities are never overcrowded with dogs. Being in the animal field and a pet owner, I can't say enough good things about the Katy location of Camp Bow Wow! read more

I've recommend Camp Bow Wow at Katy to ALL the dog owners in my apartment complex. They all know my dog, Bill, and they've all commented about Bill's sudden "rebirth." I tell them Bill is happy and has a "new lease on life" and we have Camp Bow Wow to thank for that. He loves coming there, gets excited when we pack his bags, and knows where he's going. For many pet owners, that alone is half the battle. As for Bob and me, we have such peace of mind knowing that when Bill is in your care we have no worries. We feel he is among family who care about him in the same way we do. When we pick him up after a start, we always comment that, unlike other kennels we've used, your staff can tell us what Bill did during his stay. They always have a funny story to tell and what that says to us is that they have spent time with him and they care about our old boy. That is priceless for us. Even Bill's breeder - who is a tough gal who only wants the best for her kids, has commented on how good Bill looks and what a great kennel you must be. read more
