Picked up a large bag of orchard grass and timothy hay blend, oxbow essentials rabbit food…read more(pellets), and an apple stick bouquet (made with marigold, rose, and cornflower petals), to keep my bunnies happy and healthy! I visited a different location of this chain long ago and never returned cuz they didn't accept credit card payments, which is inconvenient for me. But years later, I'm so glad I returned to Pet Club and gave them another chance. Not only does the Cupertino store accept credit cards (Visa/MC only, no Amex/Discover as of April 2024), but also the place was clean, organized, and stocked full of small animal products, which is rare in the pet world. Sure, they have stuff for dogs, cats, fish, birds, and reptiles too, but I only came here for one thing (well, two if you count both of my bunnies). Offerings include assorted snacks, unique housing, cute and creative accessories, chew toys galore, uncommon food and hay brands, harnesses, tunnels, and other goodies. The employee who helped me provided friendly and efficient service, and there was no waiting on a Wednesday afternoon, which simply added to my positive experience at Pet Club. Needless to say, they're now back on my radar whenever I need bunny treats or supplies for my spoiled but precious fur babies.

The previous review isn't lying with how they treat the yt folks vs poc. I have been coming for 10…read moreyears and the cashier by the name nacho gave me such bed ridden standoff behavior. Such a degrading experience now I will have to pick another location. I guess I have to start going back to petco. This sucks because usually mike and the other two cashier ladies are always kind and helpful. That guy clearly needs more training. Just charge me the .10 for a small thin treat bag for my dogs toothpaste and bones and don't give me a whole lecture about how you will loose your job or get penalties for not charging bags that "will be coming out of your paycheck" WTH lol bs bye

Had a wonderful experience here last night. We stopped by after dinner to look at cat carriers…read more When we walked in we were warmly greeted. It's a huge place inside. We walked around and looked at the birds, lizards and hamsters. While we were looking around, two employees asked us if we needed help. I let them know we were looking for a cat carrier that opens at the top. They knew exactly what I was looking for and walked us over to that section. The young ladies gave some great advice on which carriers would be the best options. Both of them also have cats and use these carriers. That really helped with our decision. We chose the one they highly recommended, which was not the overpriced one. We made our way to the checkout and made our purchase. It was fast and efficient. I will definitely come back here in the future because of their great customer service and variety of pet products.

I have been going to PetSmart for years, unfortunately this is the one place that has everything I…read moreneed for my pets, including grooming and it is convenient. That being said, I dislike every visit, I always come away feeling irritated and abgry. There is one older man who I knew from the PetSmart in Sunnyvale, except for him, every single person working there have terrible customer service! They are all very good friends but they do not seem to care about the customers. Whether it is a simple question or walking me to a purchase I can't find, I feel like they are doing me a very big favor by helping me. Attitude and irritated faces! This week, my dog had a grooming appt. at 9am and on previous visits, you were able to go early and drop off for grooming. This time I got there about 12 minutes before 9am for a 9am appt. I rang the bell outside sicee the store was not open yet and which is the usual way to drop off for grooming. The manager, I don't even want to get started on his attitude, opened the door asked me if the grooming was at 9 and them told me that I was 12 minutes early and that the staff had not clocked in yet and shut the door in my face. No, 'Good Morning', no ' the process has changed', nothing!!! Their rewards program is also not as great as it was before the pandemic. All in all, no one there cares about customer service!!!

But this summer we adopted a chihuahua mix that had got a bit fluffy and needed a haircut. I didn't know what to ask for, so the groomer (Carlos) gave some recommendations, and I went with his plan. I was a little surprised that the whole job took more than 2 hours, but they have a process that enables them to handle multiple dogs simultaneously. I was a little worried that our puppy would freak out in his first haircut, but he came through it fine. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism. Pro tip: call the store directly to make an appointment. That way you'll get all the details right, even if you're already in their online system. Also, show up on time. They get busy, and the groomers will spend time with you to discuss your options if you haven't put them in a hurry. Caveats: This was my first experience with the grooming services at this particular Petco. YMMV. I've had good experiences with the retail staff there as well, but like any retail store these days, sometimes they're understaffed. Nevertheless, even the retail staff have been knowledgeable about their products.

Girl was on hunger strike I swear. Jasmine took the time to find me the tiniest crickets possible and let me have a couple just to try out. Worked like a charm, my spider ate it up and is already eying the second one. I'll definitely be back for more crickets for her going forward!! Thank you jasmine ! Love, Anna and Ingrid
