I dropped my 2020 fifth wheel off on 12/15/21 and got my first update on 1/15/22. I could barely read the email as the grammar was terrible. I had to schedule a phone call to get explanations. I reviewed all the responses and none of them made sense to me. I had flickering lights, they told me that I had a bad battery. I had a TV with no display, they told me that I had a bad antennae. I had a major window leak so I asked for them to pull the window and make sure there was no mold and to find out why it was leaking. They kept telling me there was no mold but never confirmed that they actually removed the window and looked. I went back and forth with the desk rep and kept getting the same answers. At one point, I was told that the service guys would not look at my camper again until they were guaranteed that they would be paid. I have an extended warranty, the desk rep told me that he was too busy and that it was a pain to call them so he kept putting it off. Finally, on day 91, I had to pitch a fit to get a manager involved. I found out that none of the repairs that were supposedly needed were needed at all. My flickering lights were caused by bad fuse leads which were covered under my warranty. My TV had spliced wires in the back from the elevator mechanism, that was also covered under warranty. The window was warped which was causing the leak and that was finally submitted to insurance and they are covering that as well. I picked up my RV on 4/9/22 - no service person was available to walk me through the repairs. Someone had left all the lights on in the camper so the battery was dead and I couldn't lift it to hook it up to my truck. While driving it to my seasonal site in MD, I would have thought someone was rear ending me constantly. The camper kept jerking around whenever our speed changed. We found that Camping World removed a plate from the camper hitch and did not put it back on. That plate controls the shifting of the camper. My RV is about 14,000 lbs and I could've had an accident and killed someone! I still have two repairs to be completed and I am absolutely scared to take it back here at the end of the season for them to be completed. My camper say on their lot for 110 days before repairs were complete. Oh, and the corporate guy, told me that my service order was processed timely and there was no time out of service!! read more

Our camper has been with them since mid-July (3 months now) and absolutely NO work had been completed until my husband stopped by there on Monday and insisted on talking to the GM. We were then told they would get everything completed on Tuesday. Today is Friday and they have not called to give us an update. My husband called to be informed that they still don't have all the parts. We weren't able to use our camper all summer due to their incompetence and lack of customer service / communication. Update. Based on Camping World's reply, I called the Service Manager a few times and finally got in touch with him. He had me bring my camper back in and they did the inspection, determined I needed a new motor for the front stabilizer jacks and completed the inspection. I picked the camper up so I could continue to use it. I stopped a few weeks later and nothing had been ordered. The woman I spoke with said she would get it ordered. I explained to her she would need to tie it to the Service visit from April so it would be covered under warranty. She could find the April visit so I looked up my ticket number and provided it to her. Now it is November, and I never heard back from them. When I call, it goes to voicemail. read more

Absolutely NEVER AGAIN! Made appointment for minor service 2 months in advance (February) and delivered my 5th wheel on schedule for maintenance on April 16th. Today is June 30th. No work done. No camping done. State inspection expired. No one calls. I have to call only to be told, "its still in dispatch status" whatever thats supposed to mean. My wife and I are nearing retirement and wanted another season in the 5th wheel before buying our Diesel pusher class A. You can bet your and my bottom dollar that I won't be dealing with this place! read more

You call to talk to both branches because you got a problem or because they need something from you and they will not answer your call. Got a 2021 camper the ac went bad the next day good way to spent a vacation. We will probably go somewhere else if we would buy another camper. read more

I understand things are slow but the communication is terrible as well. Sales is very easy to get ahold of and work with. We had to have our RV in for repair after the first week of having it. It had a water leak and other issues (none of which are camping worlds problem). They are covered under warranty so we returned to camping world to have them fixed. That was July 13th. for the next week and a half they told us they were not getting authorization to fix the water leak from keystone (also not their issue, the lack of communication was and us needed to call them and find answered was). So on Monday August 3rd I called keystone directly to find out why they hadn't authorized. They said it was authorized on July 22nd. I'm still waiting to hear from anyone from service, management, or whomever with a status update or possible ETA for repair. I'm going to be through the season before I can use it and we actually need it to stay in while we have to be out of our house for several days. Things happen I'm not so upset about increased service calls and less people working and extra time needed. I'm more irritated that any communication has to be me trying to talk to anyone and never really being able to. They are not proactive on the communication front once your past sales :/ read more

I have visited the store twice and the actual dealership 3 times. The Dealership side: Long story short, went to look at a 2018 Thor Hurricane that was listed on their site and turns out it wasn't even ready for sale, but was open for viewing. Personal items throughout the camper left by previous owner (including the EZ Pass on the window, shaving items in the bathroom, items in the outside storage compartments and even food in the pantry). Broken cabinets, drawers, cracked windshield, etc. Topping it off was the asking price which was the same as a brand new Hurricane. I asked the story behind it because it really stunk of a repo job, but wasn't given an answer instead was sidelined with a joke about "Was that left open?". It's on the website and wasn't even prepped for showing. Lack of being upfront and honest led me to choose a different dealer to purchase my RV from. The Store side: The first time, I went in and it was slow (only one other customer in the store) and the cashier assisted me with a few questions and I checked out with a good feeling of customer service. 5 stars for the young man who helped me out and was polite as well. The second time I went (about 2 days later) was a completely different experience. I went and grabbed a few items, and stood in line. The gentleman in front of me was inquiring about a refund and the cashier said she would have to get manager's approval. They both walked off towards the manager (I am guessing). The man returned, waited for a minute and then walked out. The cashier didn't return. I wait for a few more minutes...then I see the cashier. Walking in the back of the store discussing stocking issues with another employee. Thinking she will be back in a minute, I wait a bit longer. 2 employees walk up to the other checkout counter and they are talking about this and that, so I decide to ask them if anyone was working the registers so I could check out. She responded with a condescending look: "Well, I am here". I take a closer look and she is checking out the other employee's items. I might add that the other employee wasn't clocking out since she went back to work after her purchase and not out the door. Lucky me, I got to drag the items to the other register now that she graciously allowed me to stand in her line. I truly felt like I was bothering her by having items to check out and interrupting her conversation with another employee while they ignored a customer waiting in line. Before Good S(am). sends a response asking how to turn this around, I'll give you the answer. Train your employees to take care of the customers and the salesmen to be more upfront (it really did cost a sale). You've got a lot of work to redeem this location from the Reine's reputation and instances such as this will not help. **UPDATE** The response below from Good S. was from an original posting concerning the first issue I had with the place (hence the earlier date of their response). The sales staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few minor punch list items with the trailer (fireplace doesn't work, still haven't gotten a replacement after a month), things like not screwing in handles, loose latches, etc. As part of my RV purchase, I had a 5th wheel hitch installed by their service department. I have an air ride suspension in my truck. They ordered and installed the wrong hitch bracket set. When it didn't fit (the wrong brackets interfere with the air ride suspension) they just moved the sensors, which pushed the rear-end over 7" out of alignment. I only noticed this after getting home and parking in my garage. So I took detailed pictures and sent an email expecting a call from the GM the next day. I got zero. It took an entire day just to get a response from the service manager. I had to go to the hitch manufacturer's support department myself to get the correct part number for the brackets that actually fit my vehicle because they kept trying to order the wrong ones. It took about a month for them to get them (even though you can order them from Amazon in 3days), and I kept getting excuses as to what happened and why, including the tech only getting to see one of the pages from the install manual (but the tech put the the entire install manual they used afterward inside the vehicle, and my truck wasn't even listed as compatible in it). So anyway the right hitch brackets came in and I went last week for them to pick it apart and fix it. They put the sensors back in the right place (screwing up the connection for one of the ground wires, I found), but when I got home it was a bit lopsided. I found one of the sensor brackets they'd moved was bent a bit and put it back to rights. Yesterday the entire air suspension system failed, bottoming me out on the frame bumpers while going down the road. What did I find? (Aside from bent brackets, loose ground wires, and lopsided vehicle)? I found they had drilled through and nicked one of the air lines when they put the kit in. And who knows whether or not they damaged something else when installing the brackets, or if the original failed install damaged some components due to being over 7" too high for a month. Now I have a non-driveable vehicle I have to get towed in to a dealership tomorrow. So I send off another email last night and asked for the GM to call me today to get a resolution/reimbursement plan, but never got a call. Did I mention through this entire thing I've NEVER gotten a call from the GM? Or an email response? And pretty much I have to call every time to talk to anyone. In all fairness, the SM did his best to try to put things to rights, even though I had to repeatedly call for status and demand return calls. Sort of. But the tech who did the install? Who just moved sensor brackets and drilled into air lines? Who obviously shouldn't be working on vehicles they have no experience with and/or just hide problems? Who should have STOPPED when they realized the hitch kit didn't fit? They should be minus a job. And nothing says CUSTOMER SERVICE" like screwing up someone's vehicle and not even having the courtesy of giving a call back from the GM to resolve the issue. Now I'm left going to the car dealership to get an estimate for repairs and hope there is some mechanism I can use to get reimbursed from these people. They deserve every bad review they get at this point. I have contacted Camping World corporate and opened a case number with them since I got zero response from the Camping World Manassas VA GM. I still haven't gotten the fireplace. Which you can also order off amazon and have shipped in 3 days. I'm updating my review and increasing my assessment. After calling the CEO's office of Camping World, they took a personal interest, and so did the GM. They have agreed to pay the diagnostics and repair bill from the dealership, and to pay for installing a new hitch bracket kit in the truck I traded in the damaged one for. read more

This is our first camper so the staff helped me unhitch the trailer and offered to help rehitch. Wow, not a single review on yelp that is other than one start. Sorry to be adding another to the list, but this business simply wasted my time. Nothing more, nothing less. My need this time was simple. I wanted some RV caulk. So I waited for them to open, then called fifteen minutes after opening time. They have a telephone receptionist, who transferred me to voice mail. I left my simple request. After waiting a few hours, I tried back. Same routine: shunted off to voice mail. Called their competitor in Manassas, Restless Wheels. Excellent products and store service. Then I recalled a previous interaction with Camping World. Same deal. I had called when I first acquired my old cargo trailer, requesting service. Got diverted to voice mail, and was never even able to make a service appointment or get a call back. Calling this firm was simply a waste of time and energy. Would have been better off not calling, as this firm could not care any less about serving customers than they actually do. I should have known better! We bought one new Travel Trailer & two motor homes from this location when it was Reines, the latter a 2016 diesel MBS Sprinter M.H. The only reason for buying here again was proximity to home and the salesperson, Alan Vacarro. Unfortunately for us, Alan no longer works there, and that was our only way to get service to respond, (the service department NEVER returns calls) nor do they answer the phone. Thinking the change to Camping World might help was a sad dream, its even worse. These experiences have soured us on Camping World forever. For annual service we finally resorted to C.World in Winchester, VA. We were able to get service, oil changes & filters, and they could not reset the oil change indicator, said they didn't know how! I had to resort to Youtube, took all of 30 seconds. Be forewarned- new or used, warranty, amount of money spent, etc.; when you drive off the lot, your on your own. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Search reviews and read for yourself, complaint after complaint on the same issues. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and C.W. headquarters in Bowling Green, KY. Hopefully it might help change their business practices for other unsuspecting "customers". As for us, we have decided on going back to a class A motor home, and we will be going to Fredericksburg, VA, or across the line to MD to make our purchase. Driving a little farther from home will be exponentially faster at getting service! read more

I brought my RV in recently because I accidentally dropped something in the toilet while I was flushing to dewinterize. I worked with the Service Manager and he was amazing. I drove right over, he fixed the problem in 2 minutes and I was on my way to Myrtle Beach with no worries. Kudos and big thanks to the Service Team there in Manassas. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Brought our travel trailer to Camping World #MyCampingWorld in Manassas to consign. After 2 months in their hands their service manager calls & says it will cost us $2600 to fix it to sell it. In total shock, I checked our consignment contract agreement we signed & it says... "any repair fee will come out of the consignment fee!"... not having us "Pay Upfront"... we made a counter-offer to them & it was like crickets getting a reply back. Just called & spoke to the GM (Tim) and he said... "we don't agree with you... & oh - we CHANGED our policy after you signed the agreement in October".... Not only did they NOT notify us of the change in policy... they said, "we won't do it... you can come get your unit now"........ I told him we left various items with it for the new buyers & wanted them back... also, it was too cold to come get it - we will come over in a week. Long & short...... I bought my RV from camping world last year and had a decent experience, however I needed warranty service and brought it to the service department. Not only did they not find the obvious issue, they charged me for labor and charged me half an hour of labor to fill one propane tank! Furthermore, they rarely picked up the phone forcing me to go down to the store to check the status of my RV which sat on their lot for almost one month before they even looked at it! The service department provided me terrible service and charged me too much money for services not rendered. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation; go somewhere else! read more

This store is beyond pathetic. I had a 1000 appointment for the walkthrough and did not speak to a rep that was literally 5 ft from me until 1115 when I told the lady I was leaving....then they tried to act nice....fast forward after I made it clear I was not waiting then they wanted to talk to me. The store was empty at the time I might add. Then after I leave finance they manger just say thanks and wish you the best. He never even told me where to go get my 100k rv I just bought. I had to ask them where it was and if I could get it. They never asked for my trade in or told me where to park my trade in or even ask for the keys. I told them prior to coming that I would like the washing machine installed and to work that in the deal. Well these idiots just shoved the drain hose in the back and never mentioned that the 5th wheel was flat out missing the drain pipe in the back. So after 5 days of owning my new Montana I have water poring out the underbelly and of course they don't answer the phone. This location is just embarrassing. To my friends or anyone thinking of buying a camper fr Gander, mcGeorge RV or Camping World. We bought a 5th Wheel in July of 2020...lots of issues. I keep posting problems, but Gander and Camping World keep deleting. Here's my latest post on their website, which will disappear: Gander RV & Outdoors Gander RV & Outdoors and Camping World are the worse... spent over 70k on a brand new unit In July of 2020 Gander of Thornburg has had it in their possession more than we have..and warranty work...not bumper to bumper work will not be fixed ...don't believe what they tell you! There is no bumper to bumper warranty or even a warranty that will be honored. Just got off the phone and 2 major items are not being covered? The issues were noted when we received the unit...but the manufacturer Keystone RV and Thomas Payne furniture will not cover what was broke when we got it? Seriously! Go look, but buy somewhere else that has a great service department..not Gander, not Camping World and maybe not even a keystone product...they will not stand on their warranty and will hold your unit hostage while waiting for "parts" and all the other units ahead of you to be done. Buyer be aware!!! Now to be fair, they do tell you relevant comments (i.e. complaints) will be filtered out on their posts, and I did tag Gander of Fredericksburg this time, which I didn't Before in the original post, but come on, stand by your warranty, stand by your "bumper to bumper" warranty, and just because something wasn't noticed on your receipt fr Keystone RV by the dealer in April, it doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed when we bought it in July and it was broke. I am being polite with rating a one star but pretty much echoing what other's have stated!! When my wife and I first bought out RV back in Aug 2017, the sales staff treated us with a lot of respect and no pressures. The sales person was very friendly and wanted to make sure we hot what we were looking for. So we bought a brand new 2018 Forest River Grey Wolf. First trip out, the slide would not extend working on a 5500 running watt generator, so I cranked it out manually. We only camped for 5 days and returned it back to Camping World on July 28, 2018 to get, what the repair tech said was a small module that had blown and was easy to fix. Ok, we said go ahead and fix it and pleas do the required safety inspection. I got a call in September that the RV was ready. We drove out to Camping World and as they brought out RV around, I quickly noticed that the inspection sticker was still from 2017!!! We went inside and noticed that the counter top was damaged! OK so now I'm upset and ask for a manager, only to hear, "I understand your frustration and we WILL fix this and get it done quick! After numerous emails and phone calls, I was finally able to get it back in Feb 2019!! Yeah that was quick...NOT! I have since sold our RV and have been calling to cancel the extended warranty we also bought.....guess what, left 3 messages and I was told that someone from their finance department would call me back in 10 minutes, that was 30 minutes ago. To sum everything up DO NOT go to Camping World and experience all the heart ache and frustration as everyone else has. Always seem to be interrupting their day, let alone mine. I had been a Long time customer of Reines RV and am so sad they sold out to this second rate company. I should have known better. If I had the opportunity to choose 0 stars I would. The service there is unbelievably poor. The communication is even worse. Not only did I buy a brand new camper there at full price but 5 weeks into owning it I had numerous warranty issues. They told me it was going to be a month after I dropped it off until I'd get it back. It was closer to 3 months. The GM Trevor avoided all my calls, the service department never gave me any updates in regards to what the status was, and corporate drug their feet in contacting me back. When I finally received my unit back, the inside was trashed! Stains on the floor where they did warranty work, tools and materials lying around, parts missing from installation of warranty addressed issue. DO NOT GO HERE! Their catch phrase from Marcus the owner of Camping world is "if you're not happy, he's not happy." Well I'm beyond dissatisfied and I'm hoping that there will be immediate action taken to compensate my losses. read more

I've never witnessed such laziness or incompetence in handling customers or vehicles in my 60 years. NEVER take your RV here for any kind of service or repair. They do not respond to calls, emails, or even when you drive there to speak in person after they fail to respond to any communication. They don't know how to determine what is wrong, read manufacturer recall notices, figure out what parts are needed, or even to order the parts they say are needed. I called Camping World Manassas in Oct 2018 to schedule a leak test and do some repair work on my Onan generator for my 31ft Fleetwood Tioga. They couldn't schedule me for three weeks. After waiting several weeks, and a few days prior to my appointment, I dropped of my RV. When dropping off my RV, I discovered that this location doesn't have the equipment to do the pressure leak test advertized on their website. Instead, they do leak tests by using a water hose. The person who made my reservation did not disclose this to me. After waiting a week from my scheduled appointment, I had yet to hear anything from the service department. Over the course of several days, I called numerous times and left voicemails and messages. The service department never called me back. One day I called to get an update and someone answered the phone and transferred me to the service department. The phone just rang and rang. I hung up and called back and explained that the service department didn't answer the phone. The person transferred me again saying someone was there now. Again, the phone rang and rang an no one picked up. I called a third time and the person left to go get someone. They left me on hold for 18 minutes before I eventually hung up. Since no one in the service department will answer the phone or return messages, I drove back to Camping World of Manassas to talk to someone in person. Come to find out, no one had looked at the RV. After patiently waiting three weeks for an appointment, and then waiting over a week past my appointment, not a single person had serviced my RV. Keep in mind, my main concern was to check for leaks and recaulk some areas of concern (that I pointed out to the service technician when I dropped of my RV). Subsequent to the date of my scheduled appointment and prior to taking back my RV, a large snow storm and multiple rain showers had fallen on my RV that was left to the elements. The service department appears to be completely disorganized. The store manager seemed concerned and appeared shocked when I told him my issues with the service department. I told him it was the worst customer service experience of my life. I was beyond frustrated that no one from the service department would answer the phone or return messages and equally upset that the service on the RV had not been performed. I will not be taking my RV there until they make some drastic changes. They may do a great job selling you an RV, but "servicing" one is another matter. Since they had neglected to service my RV while it was in their care, I took it someplace else. read more

Stay Away, Stay far far away they are a joke, they told us 3-5 days, after 4 weeks called and left a message with no response, after 7 calls and messages with no return call we showed up and demanded our camper back, after inspecting it, they didn't do anything and tried to charge us 60$ and then back peddled and said no charge just leave. My in laws had the same experience. It took almost 4 hours for prep and inspection when we purchased the camper in August. Never will we step foot in another Camping World again read more

RVs are like boats. One has to have patience when dealing with issues. But it is worth it in the long run. Ted Dolan was a rock star! I had issues with my dolly and asked Camping World to look at it. Yes it did take a few days before I was told I could come back to pick it up. Well was not ready on the day it was promised. I was referred to Ted Dolan who made it his personal mission to get it right! Even dropping the dolly back at my house in Alexandria! Then coming back out because he saw another flaw that HE wanted to fix for me. Some one who treated me like he would wanted to be treated. I will always ask for Ted when I need something at Camping World Manassas. Way to go and Thanks Ted!! read more

This rv service department is a total mess!! I would give it zero. But it won't let me. We had nothing but problems with this service department. We left our rv with them 3 weeks and told them we were moving and we had to have it back by a certain date. My last words to them before we left our rv was if you can't do a certain job in time allowed. Don't start it. Well after attempt after attempt to reach them the week before our date to pick up our rv we finally started getting some answers. The work we asked for didnt all get completed. Our awning was laying on the ground with new material on it but not put together. They had broke a piece and said they had just got the part in and then one of the techs had to go home for an emergency and it was a 2 man job and they had no one to help until he got back. At this point we ask to speak to the general manager and after sitting in the waiting room all morning we finally got the awning put back on. After we moved to Tennessee we have found that our skylight had a crack in it that looked like someone had stepped on it. Our frame around our door is bent. A scratch on one of the slideouts that looks like they tried to buff it out made it a shiny place. Even though they didn't have time to do the work that was asked. They had time to spray paint the tongue and stableizer jacks which caused one of the jacks to be totally stuck. We did not ask them to do that. They broke several caps off the lug nuts and didn't have them to replace them and so they gave us a $15 credit. We were totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this camping world service department. This experience would really make us think real hard about doing any service work with any camping world. This experience made a struggle for us during our move and afterwards. read more

Years ago we had an RV and could never get in for service. It was always one excuse after another. We have purchased another RV and needed to have a windshield replaced along with a few other things that needed attention since picking up the RV. We called and got told it was going to be 3 months before they could even take a look at the RV. This is leaving the RV with some cracks that needed to be looked at before the cold weather comes in and possibly more damage happening. We went there to look at RV's on a holiday and instead of having enough people to show you anything they only had 2 salesman and a waiting time of 2 hours before anyone could even show you an RV. We decided not to purchase from them and will be never use them for service. After waiting for over an hour we finally left and an hour after leaving we get a call telling us that there would be someone available in about 40 minutes. There customer service is so POOR and they do not treat customers very good especially when these same customers would like to pay a lot of money. read more

Do not go here. Just had the most horrible experience trying to use a $10 off coupon. First when I asked about it, I was told I could not use this coupon they sent me over the Internet because I had not printed it. Really?? Ok they they said...just this time...not next time. Again really?!! So I went to their clearance area and selected items on clearance. When I tried to checkout, they said I had to be a "club member" and that cost $30 a year. That's strange I said, where is that on the coupon. And I read the fine print to them. They insisted that they were right and that was corporate policy despite not being printed anywhere. I asked if she had made all this up because I had a coupon. Caught in her own trap and looking rather silly she huffed at the checkout clerk, "O just give it to him!!" So the clerk ring up all my discounted items at full price and informed me that only "club members" get any discounts. Without the discounts the items came to far more than I wished to pay so I removed some items from my bag and asked that they be removed from my purchase. As the manager did so she continued to lecture me on why they don't do this and how I with my coupon was stealing from them. In the end I paid $1.61 for my four small items. As I left the manager told me to have a nice day in her most hateful voice. Why would anyone do business with this Camping World location? The attitude I experienced was unbelievably horrible and I honestly said nothing bad to them. Bought a new Class A motor home from this place in August of last year. Took it in for warranty service in January of this year. Five months later, and after multiple contacts with them to get things moving, they completed only one repair of the 24-plus on the repair list. Worse, I learned from the manufacturer that they did not request authorization for the repairs until three months after we took our unit to them. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer at any time, and I have bought many cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, etc. They are the worst. What's going on with Campingworld Manassas? It's certainly not the Campingworld I remember a few years ago when It was Reins RV. I bought a camper in September of 2018 with a few items that needed repair--the condition s of the purchase. It took me literally 3 months to get a response to my myriad of phone calls and emails. After I finally emailed corporate, I got responses, but dropped off the radar aftet the parts were ordered. I've had my RV in service department for over a month, and the main item I needed fixed is still not fixed. This is after the factory warranty folks approved the warranted part. I've tried to be patient, but I think that might be a contributing factor why it's been 5 months since my purchase and the items identified before purchase have not been fixed. Campingworld, please don't make me mad. You won't like me when I'm mad. No excuses or apologies needed. Just fix my RV now! read more

Over the weekend we had a "problem" with our Class C RV water pump. First off, as new owners of this RV we could not even find where the water pump was located! We read all the manuals and none gave the location. We drove to Campers World and arrived early at opening. Service advisor Melissa Springer could not have been nicer. She came out and took a look at the problem. Melissa recruited a service mechanic and they soon found the water pump under the bed. Which was screwed down. After looking at the pump, they found that during the service for the summer, which was not done at a campers world, the technician had failed to turn the valves to open the water flow. This was the big fix! We figured this would cost us a couple hundred just to get it looked at. We were happy and surprised to get a no cost. We then proceeded to buy several items we needed and WILL get our future work done at this Campers World. The staff was great and that is good business. Melissa built trust they were not out to get a buck for getting a buck sake. Long term business building is something that is lost in many Northern Virginia chain stores.
