This delicious cookie shop has fresh, tasty sandwiches too! It was my first time here and was pleased with the food and great service. We were greeted by the owner and she happily explained the menu for us and even helped me to the table since I had my hands full with my 3 year old. It felt like a family owned, friendly little sandwich/cookie shop. I got the Italian sub with a French roll and the sandwich and toppings were fresh and the roll was super soft (I love that kind of bread). Okay why have I never known about Campitelli Cookies until now???!?! We actually went there for dinner yesterday but it was so good I went back today and have to tell you about it! I got the chicken salad which is what I've been craving. It is super basic, classic chicken salad so if you don't like fruit or nuts in your chicken salad this is a good one for you. That being said, as someone who does like that sweetness and crunch I do miss it a liiiiittle bit but it's so good I can't really complain lol. The texture and taste is really great, and all around a great, well balanced sandwich. My friend got the pastrami yesterday and it looked so good I wanted to try it today. It was so packed with tender pastrami that half a sandwich was more than enough for a meal and it was only like $6. I will say the taste was really mild, definitely not as salty as other pastrami I've had but the texture was great. No weird fatty bits for picky eaters like me to be grossed out by. But the best thing here by far are the cookies. They are the perfect texture. Crunchy edges, chewy middle, and the center just ever so gooey. Really blown away with every bite. I highly recommend the butter toffee, it's my favorite of what I've tried so far. : ) They are definitely on the salty side though so if that's not your thing just a heads up. This place is solid on cookies and sandwiches. First time I found the company they had a Brea location and it was closing the same day. The original store is in Anaheim area. This is their newest location and it's great. Plus they have a reward system in place. Sandwich selection is great and filling. Full of meat of your choice. Their sides are small but really tasty I usually go with the potato salad. Cookies are very moist and taste great. I had been looking at Mrs. Fields, but I wasn't sure if I was limited on designs. I submitted my order online and was called with confirmation the next day regarding design, pick up time and price. My fiancé picked up the giant cookie and said there was a little bit of trouble finding the place with google maps since the address is relatively new. Taste: Amazing! We got a giant chocolate chip with a Halloween design saying "Grandma's Little Treat", since the new grandma had some feelings about me calling my unborn a little monster on the cake we had made. I have had several experiences with Campitelli and all of them are top notch. I volunteer for Placentia Police Support Team which serves to provide meals, gifts and cards to our local police department to show the community cares. Campitellis is always stepping up to provide cookies, cookie trays, sandwich trays and cookie certificates. We have donated money, but often the owner will simply donate the food saving our team money to spend on other meals. They are so generous and community driven. As an employee at a school down the street from their shop, I also get lunch from there and it is so delicious. Their egg salad sandwich is so yummy and big that half is plenty. Stopped by before noon on a Thursday to place an order for 18 frosted cookies to be picked up same day at 6pm but it required 24 hrs notice. I'm probably expecting too much, but can't 18 cookies be baked on-site same day? Than again they also serve food so it's likely cookies are only baked fresh once a day. Anyhow, the prices are reasonable for their cookies and you get a free cookie w check-in but if you want to order more than a dozen frosted cookies you have to give 24 hrs notice. I might be back but as a procrastinator I'll be back for only a couple cookies and not a "large" order since I already have a go-to place for custom cookies. We recently discovered Campitelli and I wish I knew about this place earlier. I recently lost a very dear friend to cancer. I offered to bring all the dessert and without question I knew cookies from Campitelli were going to be perfect. We ordered 10 mini dozen cookies for a party of 150+ people (we had other desserts there too). The owner made ordering so seamless. She had great recommendations, what to order and what to avoid (nuts and sugary cookies that cookie mix up with other cookie flavor) it was overall very thoughtful. I walked in the store, tired and in grief and that extra help was very much appreciated. In addition their sandwiches are really good. Its a new lunch place for my husband and I who work from home from time to time. It's a treat to also get a cookie with our order. When I picked up the cookies, I took my daughter and ordered a kids meal. The kids meal is also very impressive, it came in the adorable bag and surprises(small toys and candy). So many different flavors, and at a great price. Lots of gift options + tins to gift fam/friends/neighbors for different occasions. They can also make cookie cakes if you order 2 days ahead. Debbie and her staff was extraordinary and provides one of a kind services that was unprecedented. We ordered a dozen of assorted cookies presented very beautifully in a special tin along with two pretty lunch boxes for a couple of our neighbors. The sandwiches are amazing and you get fantastic portions. This is one of my top go to places for lunch. I'll call in an order and stop by to pick up. Workers are friendly and courteous and are careful to get your order correct. The sandwiches (only tried and will keep ordering the tuna, turkey, and roast beef on french roll) are great and both tasty and yummy. Did I mention what a bargain it is? The cookies are also fresh and yummy. I personally look for the bargains and I'll buy some every now and then. I normally don't buy cookies at restaurants or bakeries, and will will do so once in a while at Starbucks only when with my kids. But this place, I'll make the exception. I'll be back. read more

Drove out from Highland for business and someone said I had to stop and get them cookies. I can definitely see why. I'm not a sweets kind of guy but these were some delicious cookies. I went in to pick up our phone order and was greeted by the friendliest young female employee that I've experienced in quite some time. My order wasn't quite ready yet and while I was waiting and browsing the cookies, a young male employee asked if I had been helped and then another young male employee came from the back with my order and asked if I needed anything else. So refreshing to see young men and women with such a positive attitude toward their job and serving the customers.
