The food here is excellent, everything on the menu is worth trying. However like many restaurants these days the place is short staffed and service and wait times have suffered. A small takeout order that was estimated at 10-15 minutes took over 30, and when the majority of patrons are unmasked amidst yet another Covid wave it's not the safest to wait an extra amount of time for takeout. Everyone working there is super nice and working hard, so this review is aimed at management to hire new cooks and cashiers at higher wages to actually hire people and serve their customers properly. read more

Hungry for some Mexican food while at the KMART center. We found Cancun Juice and sign says Mexican Grill. That is perfectly labeled and we will try it. We got in not knowing what expect or how to order. Well they've got all kinds of Mexican plates and lots of frescas to choose from. They even have soup. We ordered the chicken tortilla soup, a bean and cheese burrito, and a Horchata to drink. We were looking for a table after ordering and this kind of alarmed us. We went by at least five tables that had crumbs and leftovers and wetness. Found a table that we could wipe clean. Our number was called in Spanish first, then repeated in English when we didn't respond quickly enough. The food actually is a pleasant surprise. The soup was savory good, the burrito came with chips, and if you are brave enough, get some of that green salsa. The burrito was filled with a mozzarella type of cheese that did not melt although the flour tortilla was seared on the grill and the refried beans was warm to the taste. The beans had a good flavor and I would order that again with hopes of having melted cheese. The Horchata was simple and sweet. I would give this place another chance as we went out the door the waitstaff actually started cleaning tables and swept the floor. Only my second time here but both times it has been really good! Today I tried a basic Mexican food which was the chicken rolled tacos. They are light and crispy with sour cream and lettuce on top. This is definitely my go to place for breakfast burritos and juice! Need to feed a lot of people and stay within budget?!? This is definitely the place! They have multiple locations in OC and they also do online orders. I appreciate the quality as well as quantity and not to mention, their breakfast burritos are big enough to split in half and is still satisfying! Everything here is good and priced accordingly. Tortas are huge, most people only need half of one to get full. Cubana torta was simple yet so good, especially with the hot sauce on the side. Mexicana torta was more complex and had a good kick of spice in it. I'm from Louisiana and the kick isn't enough to make people not enjoy the food, but some people may not be able to handle it. Chamoyada was an amazing mix of flavors and so filling. I'd say sharing a torta and a large chamoyada would be a solid meal for two people. Is the only way I can even start this review after taking my daughters to Aqua Tots it's a ritual to come to Cancun juice to have lunch with my princess after a hard lesson of swimming and I must say my EXPERIENCE here not been great at all 1. One time after having lunch one time I took my girls to the restroom and after returning there food was gone and when I approach the staff it's as it was my fault that the food was thrown away for not notifying them that I went to the restroom with my Teo small little girls instead of apologizing they try to justify them throwing my food away I try to work past that experience and continue to support but here comes strike #2 2. So I come here to have lunch today with my little again and I order there food and I was BLOWN AWAY after inspecting there food half of the sandwich that was given to my little girls for lunch had GREEN MOLD ON IT IM BLOWN AWAY I can't believe there serving food like this to the community and who knows how many people they have done this to or even got sick behind this Im so disappointed you come and trust to order your kids foods because it looks like a good establishment and it's not so instead of coming down on the staff I figure I let the community's know there not organize and management and employees don't pay attention to what there serving to there community I posting pictures of the half the sandwich with green mold and the one that doesn't have it it's so disappointing read more

This is one of my favorite Mexican food chains in Costa Mesa / Santa Ana. The restaurant is self services and prices are very reasonable. Most of the menu is based on food from central Mexico (Mexico City and surroundings areas), and the food flavors are authentic. Thia particular location is clean with a modern style. Imagine a mix of a fast food chain with good quality food and Mexican music (listening to Luis Miguel as I am writing this review). If you want to graduate from pseudo Mexican food chains (ie. So this place was originally good I've never had a problem with Cancun juice. However the most recent time I went I ordered a sope and told the lady taking my order that I wanted it with everything. I then received my order with nothing but beans on top. I asked the workers if they could fix my order since that was not at all what I ordered and they refused to fix it and wanted to charge me more. The workers were also very rude to me and claimed I threw my food at them when I was just telling them what they gave me was not what I ordered and had paid for. It was truly a horrible experience. Always clean and fresh. I have had various fresh fruit juices, and love them all, the pineapple and melon are my faves. Today I had the cucumber limeñada...it was amazing, so refreshing! The mangoñada is good as well, but so far the cucumber is my fave. My cousin had the watermelon one and it was good as well. Food here is also good, not pricey and fresh. I have tried the carne asada tortas and the fresh fruit bowl with all the works, it is called the Hawaiana...so tastey!
