I tried their cold plunge for the first time. Your 1st session is free! Can I just say I wanted to shout but I didn't LOL!!! They even gave me a free shirt for my first time. HOW SWEET!?? Next, l did the body balance with red light therapy. Let me tell you so many health benefits, and it vibrates throughout the machine. I almost fell asleep. Then I concluded the night with the hydration station. It's basically a steam bath. Honestly, I never knew tanning places had a wellness/recovery side as well. It's much more than I expected. While it's moderately clean at best it's already got one of the most limited selections of all of the locations but to top it off the ventilation for the beds has been bad for over a year a half which they refuse to fix even in the prism bed there is almost no air coming out of the vents on the bed visit any other location and you'll see the stark difference. It's pretty clear the proprietor of this location does not care about this location at all. For comparison my primary location is the university location where beds are maintained and staff is always friendly and nice even during construction the experience was better. I also utilize the hulen, ridgemar, and alliance locations a couple times a month as errands, work, or familial obligations dictate. At this point I'll just skip a session before stepping foot back in this location it's just not worth this shitty attitudes and poor experience.

So I went there the other day out of desperation (I was short on time and my usual place wasn't close to where I was). They tell me that I missed a month's payment (my debit card had expired a few months back) so they charged me for that month. Then I had to pay extra for a combination of two bronzers, extra for the rapid tan solution and extra for the primer. All in all, I spent about $60 in addition to the $15 monthly over 6+ months that I got nothing out of. Also, they use their own brand for spray tan booths and they're awful! The color is so uneven. PBT used to be great but their corporate greed is officially out of control. And the quality is AWFUL when it comes to spray tan services. I usually frequent one of their competitors. That competitor uses Versa Pro spray tan machines, which are so much more effective and way cheaper! I only spend about $70 monthly for unlimited spray tans and also get the use of sauna pods and red light therapy at no additional cost. Do not go here if you are big on spray tans. It's the biggest rip off. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership.
