It's big enough, the place just really smells like feet. You need to do more cleaning or something but it was a pretty overwhelming smell. Not enough people cleaning in between. I do like the place and it has lots of potential but I'm not sure how sanitary this place is. I'd go back only right when it opens or when it is not as crowded during a weekend... just of the smell and the cleanliness in question.

Candeeland in Riverside is such a fun spot for kids! From the moment we walked in, it felt bright, colorful, and welcoming. The staff was really friendly and check-in was quick (which is a lifesaver when you've got excited kids pulling you toward the play area). The play areas are awesome--super clean and safe. My kids went straight for the big ball pit and climbing tunnels and I swear they could've stayed there all day. I loved that there's a separate toddler section too so the little ones can play without getting bumped by the big kids. For parents, it's actually pretty relaxing. There's plenty of comfy seating, spots to charge your phone, and even a snack bar with reasonable prices. I actually got to sit down, sip on something, and just watch the kids have fun. We also saw a birthday party while we were there and it looked really well set up--fun for the kids and super easy for the parents. By the time we left, my kids were wiped out (they were knocked out in the car within 5 minutes ). Overall, Candeeland is a win. The kids had a blast, I got a break, and we're already planning our next trip back--this time with more family tagging along

Our family always had a fun time here! We usually purchase the 2 hours play time for 2 kids on Groupon (valid for Monday through Friday). We sign the waivers ahead of time so check in is painless and hassle free. They ask for my phone number, and our tickets are printed. Our kids have the best time here, running around exploring, sliding down fun slides, and they have train rides! The train have its own schedule posted by the ride. The facility is kept nice, clean, and cool. They even provide parents with plenty of fun colored benches for us to sit and wait as our little ones are burning their energy. They also have a snack station for purchase.

While people want to order still on her phone

The place is wonderful it the lady behind the counter selling food. I asked for nachos she said I can give them to you but the cheese will be cold, so I ask why she said they not allowed to warm the cheese huh how does that work, I asked about burritos rudely she answered while playing on her phone. No interest at poor poor customer service. Today is 8/15/26

Had a great time. My son love it. I do recommend you signing the waiver before you show up. I did my online at home to save me time before getting there. It was clean and the employees were friendly. Will be back!

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

We went for a bday party and it was earlier in the daytime and less crowded, there are a lot of different trampoline activities, like regular trampolines, wall climbing ones, a bull to ride for kids height over 48 inches, a small playground with a slide, a basketball jumping area, dodgeball jumping area and more. Later on in the day it got more crowded and had a lot more older teens. I mean of course it's fun for them too but as a mom of smaller kids kinda weary bc they can get more wild. Also the workers need to enforce some parents and their shoes in the areas that are not suppose to have shoes. Also the place needs more chairs bc we can't sit and watch the kids, I had to stand a lot, they had lame massage chairs everywhere that you can't really sit on bc they beep if you don't pay $12 for 7 minutes. When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

The kids had a great time, and our party host was wonderful. This review is not about the staff…read more Our party host was friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping the party running smoothly. My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'
